After a recommendation from a family member I called and ordered a 24" mini motor kit with 8Ah battery. Geat phone service and the 2 parcels were delivered via courier to my country W. A.address in UNDER 24 hrs! 100% recommended this shop.

Walked in just before closing time with some flat tyres, they happily helped me and were super friendly!

The only reason I bring my bike for repair given the fact that always there is a problem with the treatment, is because it's close to my house.
It's an unprofessional place that wastes money and time.

Really disappointed with solarbike. My conversion added motor to carbon fork front wheel. Should have replace it with with a steel fork. Lost front wheel on the bike path. Could have been serious injury but I was going slowly when it happened. Replaced fork with steel $$
Solar mechanic did not tighten post clamps at all. Lack of care in repairs endangering customers. Find a more careful group to convert your bike but Not solarbike!

I turned up this morning with a weird rattle in my e-bike. I happened to arrive just as the team member was arriving. He hadn't even opened the door. He let me in, found the minor problem and a little tweaking had it fixed. I bought my fantastic e-bike from them years ago. Great bikes, great service. Happy Christmas‍️‍️

Got two wheels trued on short notice, they did a wonderful job. Very happy customer, treated me well as usual.

Purchased a 200w front wheel kit in2012 with 2 bottle batteries they lasted 6years recently purchased a new replacement battery 2022 working much better than the two I had before and the battery was plug and play with kit was up and running in 5 minutes of recieving the new battery and running a solid 28kmh cannot fault solar bike for service they have always been excellent on the phone and in actions always prompt postage and we're quick to send another charger first time around when there was a problem with one of the battery was too low to charge so I ended up getting a second superior charger for free with complimentary freight and from what I have experienced with my recent purchase they haven't changed

After a huge amount of Ebike research, decided on the solar bike 200 watt, 21ah battery to convert my giant cypress. So glad I did.
The owner can be a bit blunt, but knew what he was talking about. So I over looked this. The kit arrived in 2.5 days,
It took two hours to install, whoa to go “ even with the wrong instructions supplied. ” Im so happy with it I even convinced a lady down the road to convert hers instead of sell her bike and buying an Ebike. Being able to ride without having to pedal all the time is a huge bonus.
And the grandkids love it

Great customer service and easy to deal with, even when they're swamped busy.

I bought a mid-drive kit and battery which was easy to fit, especially after getting some tips from the mechanic.

Later I had a couple of minor issues with some of the components but the guys happily exchanged them for new parts without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Just ordered a new 13v 9ah Panasonic battery for my bike after 7 years from the old battery used on a 200 w mini motor conversion kit I had brought from Solarbike for my Trek mountain bike excellent product.

I really wanted this place to work for me. I was told that the ebike I wanted wasn't in stock and that more would be coming "at the end of the month". No actual date? No, the supplier couldn't tell him. Perhaps I could leave my contact details and he could get back to me when they are arriving? No, he had absolutely no way to record my phone number or email and therefore provide some customer service to facilitate this $2500 purchase.
If a vendor can't make that sort of effort before a sale, how much effort can I expect after the sale?
That just doesn't work for me.

This is the best electric bicycle shop in Perth, the mechanics are knowledgeable and the product is high quality. Your number 1 choice if you are looking for an E bike for sure, thanks Math.
