I had an excellent experience buying a mattress at Snooze today. Aman provided top-notch customer service, making the shopping process feel like I was with a trusted friend. Her honesty, helpfulness, and attention to my sleeping profile and budget were commendable. Highly recommend Snooze and Aman!

I went to Snooze O'Connor for a new mattress and wasn't sure what I wanted or needed to look for. However, Aman Seth immediately made my partner and I feel welcome and guided us through the whole process, making the final choice of mattress so convenient and easy, and tailored to us. Aman was very professional and clearly very experienced in her job, so I would highly recommend visiting Snooze and asking for Aman's guidance!

Very professional staff (both Ben & Bianca),
took time to explain the pros and cons of the various mattresses which helped greatly in finding a bed that met our requirements and then provided a very good deal.

I went with my partner's mom and had a great experience with Aman, a lovely staff.

She gave us professional suggestions for the bed and base. We were going to buy the base with drawers for the kids, but Aman recommended us to choose the basic one which doesn't have sharp angles and is more safe for the kids.
Aman stands on our side to provide us with professional advice which is helpful and we like that.

The service I received in store was great - unfortunately there was a problem with stock and the store didn’t notify me of that - it did get sorted eventually and the young man Jarrod who did the delivery is a real credit to the company I couldn’t speak highly enough of him

Went here today and was served by Adam, not only was his price on the bed ensemble I ordered competitive to other brand stores, but he was one of the most polite sales person I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Bought new Queen mattress (Rockeffeler Madison-very firm) at Snooze O'Connor and very happy with it. Excellent customer service by Aman, who is a very professional and knowledgeable lady. Not pushy so you feel at ease, taking the time "trying" the different options. First-class service.

Could not praise the team at Snooze O'Connor more highly! We actually purchased at a store in NSW, but when having difficulty putting our bed together and seeming to have parts missing, I called the O'Connor store in desperation as our NSW stores had all closed 2 hours ago and it seemed like we were in for a night spent sleeping on the floor. Not only was it almost closing time, but we weren't even customers of that particular store, and despite this, Aman and Adam went over and above to give us instructions and advice despite this and were so genuinely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much you absolute legends. We'll be sleeping on our new bed tonight thanks to them. Give these two a pay rise!

This is the second bed we have purchased from Snooze, specifically O’Connor because of Aman. We won’t buy any place else and when we wanted to buy a bigger bed, Aman was our first thought. 50 something kms from our house and is well worth the travel. Aman is an honest, transparent, considerate and an all round amazing soul, absolutely worth her weight in gold. Thank you, Aman!

Shame we can’t rate 10 stars. I cannot praise Snooze O’Connor enough. This is THE place to go if you need a bed. I wasted time searching a bed online, going to Harvey Norman (terrible experience sadly). I just wish I went to Snooze way earlier.the staff is extremely professional, very competent, not pushy and I felt a great team spirit within the shop. Smooth customer service, delivery and most important: best mattress I had in years. Absolutely TOP NOTCH!

Aman was amazing and so helpful! We were feeling rather disheartened after going to a couple of other bed shops around and having sales staff try to up-sell us mattress that were out of our price range and not suitable in the slightest. There was none of that with Aman, she took everything into consideration and tested us to see what would suit us best, the beds she put us on were so perfect we were almost falling asleep in the store. With out a doubt the best service I've received anywhere in a really long time from. Lovely new mattress from an even more lovely human.

Epic service from the moment we walked in all the way to sealing the deal. The manager had a wealth of knowledge allowing my partner and I to feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. There was no pressure, allowing us to have the guidance but also space to privately make a decision. Would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase their perfect bed.

Had a lovely lady name Aman serve us and treated us like royalty. She is very knowledgeable and provided us with great advice. Which lead us to buy a number of products that included a mattress. Excellent experience in dealing with Aman from Snooze. Aman sold me my bed in January and was very knowledgeable and obliging. Took delivery of the bed in June (as requested). Unfortunately the drawer on the bed was damaged. After some lack of communication between the supplier and Snooze I rang to speak to Adam (manager) and Aman answered. Aman was extremely apologetic about the issues and she sorted the situation with 24 hours. She was outstanding in her customer service and very good at her job. The bed will suit my needs well when replaced and the mattress is absolutely divine to sleep on. Aman’s deserves gets 5 * and overall 4* as the communication issues were not up to standard.

I was looking to buy a bed at Snooze o’connor and had amazing service from Aman. Her customer service was amazing, and even though I bought the bed from another Snooze store her service should be recognised
