Snooze Mandurah

Our sales assistant Kelly was great in helping us select a new mattress. We did the Snooze profile and then went specifically to the mattresses that will work for our profile. Mattress and pillow purchased!

My husband and I have bought two Sealy Posturepedic beds from Snooze now and they have never given us a reason to go anywhere else. Today we visited Snooze Mandurah as we live down this way now and it was no different!
We were in need of a new box spring (previously had a secondhand one I didn't want to go to waste). We were greeted by Vicki who was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Vicki was able to help us with everything we needed and got us in and out with a good price and we left as happy customers! We look forward to having Snooze Mandurah and Vicki to go back to for all our bedding needs. Thank you Vicki!

The staff at Snooze Mandurah were very friendly and couldn't help us enough. We ended up purchasing the Denmark queen bed. Really happy with the quality of the bed and it was so easy to assemble. No complaints at all!

It has been a nightmare from the beginning I wish I had never walked into Snooze Mandurah but after seeing a story on Today Tonight about the amazing My Side Sleep System and how you could get a diagnostic print out of your bodies requirements to find the best bed for your needs, I thought that sounds exactly like what we needed!
But what a mistake it turned out to be as I couldn't have been further from the truth, when I first rang I was told that it was normal to feel discomfort and pain with a new mattress and that it would take some time even 3mths or more for us to get used to our New Mattress but I was assured that If we couldn't get used to the mattress that we could exchange the mattress but they were sure it would be ok in time!
We were told all soughts of things to try by the staff each time I rang saying it had not improved from getting little kids to jump on the bed to soften the mattress to getting a mattress topper!
Incredible considering we paid over $3000 for our Mattress the most we have ever paid for a Bed but I convinced my husband that it was worth it for a good night's sleep and that it was an investment for the next 10yrs!
After many phone calls and an assessment from
My Side to see if there were any manufacturing faults which of course there weren't any!
We were told by the Manager of Snooze Mandurah basically so Sad Too Bad that we made the final decision with our purchase!
Please think twice before purchasing a new mattress from Snooze Mandurah and I strongly suggest going with a company that has a Comfort Guarantee and a Stong Customer Aftercare Policy.

Cheree was exceptional in her customer service no pressure, she listened to my needs and found exactly what fit my budget. I will be back in future.

Great service from friendly staff never bought a mattress and had the treatment we received from all the staff if I ever have to buy another mattress I know where I'm going back to snooze

Gotta love the service. Great service from friendly, professional and knowledgeable sales staff. Also got a good deal. Two delivery guys were polite, friendly and on time.
Compared to 2 other local stores, one concentrated on price, the other was doing a job but these guys offered a no pressure service.

After checking out several bed stores we came back to Snooze because of the friendly and excellent service from Vanessa and Amanda.
The two guys who delivered the bed today were also excellent. It was great to have the wrappings taken off and legs put on - and so fast.

I would not buy from snooze ever again the bed i brought fell apart then the fake leather peeled, I paid a small fortune for a pile of rubbish. Very disapointed

Terrible staff, one of the worst for customer satisfaction, would never buy here ever again, please don't shop here!
