Had a Brighton Slumberland Medium mattress and base delivered in January. The in-store service was good, the delivery not so much as the driver reversed into my front verge dividing fence and damaged it, however my complaint is that the mattress I received feels nothing like the mattress I tried and selected in store. I purchased it based on comfort level, but the mattress supplied is not of the same quality, softness or comfort, and feels like their cheaper "Sutton Pillowtop" mattress. I've had to purchase a good quality mattress topper, which has improved the comfort, but it is still inferior. I even went back to the store after delivery and tried it again just to make sure I wasn't imagining things, and the display bed clearly feels much better. The salesman said "well this one has been worn in a bit and would feel softer". What a load of tosh. It seems they have superior made mattresses with additional cushioning in-store, then just whack the same label on whatever lesser quality product they produce in their warehouse. The original salesperson sold the fact that the mattresses are made to order here in WA as a plus, but actually you may be better off ordering a generic model direct from a manufacturer, as at least you probably know what you're getting. Bit of a conjob and deception really. As an added note, they sent me a text message to complete "a survey on your satisfaction with Snooze", which prompts you to enter your mobile number to proceed, which doesn't work. Hence, my review is left here.
Senior staff was ultra unfriendly.older chubby grumpy looking lady.shouted and screaming around the store at customers. Intended to purchase the whole new beddings and furniture for entire house. As I attempted to lift the bed to see the size of storage facility underneath the bed.this chubby grumpy Senior staff shouted and scream.could not even talk properly to others.no manners.no people skills. No value.fair enough there are signs to say it's automatic absorber.however the signs in placed were not visibly enough to inform the colour.
Suggest to put in place luminous colour for clarity to ensure these are clear enough not to put a paper laminate small BLEND IN SIGN with the bed fittings and yet expecting ppl whom where obviously overwhelmed with information to recognise.
Regardless.of circumstances abuse, yelling, screaming, shouting is NO NO! In particular to customers whom obviously wanting to purchase the entire furniture.luckily not buying from them. No culture.no manners.no people skills.just no values.your employees are much better than manners than the grumpy older chubby lady.shouldn't be in the front line serving customer should learnt from the back store prior to customer service.want a customer service should walk with the customer accommodating not shouting from the distance at the counter.grouping.
I’d purchased a Slumberland double bed mattress from Snooze Cannington on Sunday 22/01, and expected delivery on Fri 27/01. The sales staff (Fiona, whom I’ve always dealt with in the past) was helpful with my purchase, but the delivery from Insta Truck was a total let down.
I’d arranged for delivery to be delivered to 2nd storey house as well as the old mattress removal (all paid additional for), however, on the day of delivery, there was only 1x driver (invoice stated 2-men standard delivery) and he’d refused to deliver the mattress to the 2nd storey, and also mentioned he was not expecting to remove an old mattress. Nothing against the delivery guy, but shouldn’t this info been communicated to him?
Pretty disappointed with the delivery outcome.

Fiona and Aaron were very accommodating and lovely, helped us throughout our whole shopping experience at Snooze Cannington. Had a wide range of knowledge and helped us choose the best mattress for our preferences:)
I received the worst customer service from the store manager at Cannington. I placed an order online, my delivery was delayed and upon delivery only received half of my order to be told on my call that the other half must be collected even though I paid extra for delivery. I told Fiona no one notified me the mattress protectors could not be delivered and asked her how customers are supposed to know: she responded ‘customers have to call us’. Shocking response. She also tried to blame it on other staff members. I went straight online and check if I could get mattress protectors delivered and yes Snooze does post them out. I went to the store to collect them, Fiona stood there not apologetic and not a kind smile or a hello was said to me. She offers the worst example of a leader to her staff. I do not recommend this store. However, I would like to give a big thank you to Dan who works at Snooze (not in Cannington) for his outstanding customer service.
Purchased a new mattress and bed set! Fiona was very informative and entertaining. Lovely service but most of all very happy with our new bed!

Was super keen on buying a bed it was only $200 of my budget, but the sales person (Pam) didn't have any sale skills. She was abrupt and non approachable. I'm probably gonna still buy it but from a different branch!
I came to the shop to get a pillow that is good for my neck as quite often I wake up with neck pain. Mil was really friendly and knowledgeable, helped me try different pillows in the shop and find the pillow I like.
Pleasant experience, got what I wanted at a great price. Mil was very informative when it came to beds and mattresses.
MIL WAS VERY HELPFUL, PLENTY OF INFO ON THE BED WE WANTED AND THE EXTRAS, FIONA WAS HELPFUL WITH THE BED STRUCTURE, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE THERE FOR A WHILE THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO PURCHASE, THANKYOU FOR A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
