Best gym in Perth, super friendly stuff, clean toilets and showers and all the equipment you need. 10/10

Clean and tidy, not crowded, equipment is nice and modern and up to date, nothing is ever out of order, wipe dispensers are always full, well equipped, friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced. Ticks all the boxes for me, and a far sight better than the last gym I went to.

Happy to continue coming here as long as I live nearby. Thanks team!

I have been attending Snap gym every day for quite some time now, and I can honestly say it has been a life-changing experience! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the positive, motivating atmosphere.

The facilities here are top-notch, equipped with state-of-the-art machines and a variety of workout options to suit every fitness goal. Whether you're into strength training, cardio, group classes, or personal training, they have it all. The gym is always impeccably clean and well-maintained, which is something I greatly appreciate.

One of the most remarkable aspects of this gym is the highly knowledgeable and supportive team of trainers. They genuinely care about each member's progress and are always ready to offer guidance and advice. Their expertise has helped me push my boundaries and achieve goals I never thought possible. I've noticed significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level, all thanks to their personalized workout plans.

I haven't joined yet, but the staff have shown me around and were very friendly. I've had some poor gym experiences in the past, so I'm still cautious about joining. I live nearby and see members happily working out, so Snap Vic Park must be doing something right.

As a new member to the gym I found the PT sessions really helpful. The yoga classes in the evening are really good and the staff are friendly and are always willing to give advice.

If you are thinking of joining this gym, at least do not buy Performance Pack! When I joined, I opted to pay $150 for it, which turned out to be equivalent to flushing my money down the toilet. I did not get the services I was supposed to get. When I requested a refund, they responded they would only refund $10.

Here are the “services” I paid for:

Body composition scanner. It turned out this scanner is rotated around the gyms, so I had to go to another location to use it. Wasn’t told this at the start!

Two sessions with a personal trainer. Absolutely unprofessional approach to scheduling the sessions. I was waiting for a time slot with Shaina, I had to chaise her on IG, but the sessions still never happened.

Heart rate monitor. I didn’t even know I was supposed to get one until I requested a refund. Then I asked to give me one but their response was: ”Our records indicate you received your my zone belt shortly after signing up, we are more than happy to assist you in setting up if you were still unsure. ” Is it a joke? It was really disappointing because I can’t prove I didn’t receive any monitor. My word was obviously not enough.

In addition, I was injured during a group class with Isaac, my arm was so swollen I had to visit doctors and pay for physio and an ultrasound scan. I let them know but received no response, they do not take responsibility for injured customers.

I asked Shannon three times to get me connected to her director, but she completely ignored this request. Appalling customer service that looks sweet and friendly but turns out bitter.

Think twice about joining this gym.

Staff are unpleasant to deal with, equipment was pretty average and cluttered only place to stretch or do mobility is infront of pigeon holes but then your in the way of everyone poor layout

Busy, messy and unhelpful staff.

Threatened with debt collectors if I didn't pay for months of membership after cancellation even though my access to the premises was revoked during that time.
Yet they still have the nerve to send me spam SMS's.

Seriously awesome gym and Monday night class is epic! Staff are really helpful and so encouraging! Good people, great equipment and we travel a good 25min to train here! Worth the visit!

Oscar is very violent trainer. He has harassed my friend who is a member and was helping out his friend to train. They were quite embarrassed with the they were treated. I’ll be cancelling membership and won’t be going there anyway.

My favourite place to be, newly rennovated, new instrument, new work area, better than other snap fitnesses by a mile

I go in the early mornings. Great place. 2 squat racks, 2 bench presses, 1 Smith machine, only 1 set of dumbbells from 1kg-10kg. I can imagine it gets filled up in the arvos but can't attest

My local, great dedicated group of regulars and awesome management. Clean and never too packed.

The gym was quite full and the receptionist was very friendly and of warm nature.she also offered me discount but I couldn't join the gym due to kids around me.
