Snap fitness is a great gym with lovley staff who are always encouraging and supportive and happy to help at any given moment my confidence in the gym has sky rocketed since starting at snap fitness and fab has been a great manger and is always there to give advice or show how to use the machines I would recommend this gym to absolutely anybody

Amazing people work at Snap Fitness Banksia Grove, from the trainers to the staff. This place has the highest machine quality around. I've gone to a tonne of gyms, and every single one of them has poor, cheap equipment. Snap, on the other hand, has the best, highest-quality equipment by far. Overall, a fantastic gym, and I would highly advise anyone to join!

I come here when travelling interstate. Gym has everything you need, equipment is dated, but does the job. Seems like a good client base as it’s always relatively busy.
Staff say hello and are polite.
Great range of equipment, generally not too busy and has a really friendly atmosphere. Sam and Mak are wonderful and always willing to help.
The new club Manager Mack is a breath of fresh. It's a joy seeing his smile when you're coming in to get your pump on. Cheers Snap!
Clean and well maintained gym, with good quality equipment. Staff are friendly and professional, and always up for a chat or answer your questions. Change rooms, water fountain and drinks machine inside make it convenient. Been there for some time now, and great to see it maintains quality standards, whilst other members are polite, respectful and friendly when you chat to them.
Great facilities and programs. Customer service is above expectations. Thumbs up to the management!

I have been going to this gym for a couple of years now! Equipment is always well maintained! It’s a spacious gym with more than enough equipment to suit all training types. Makenzie and Sam are always so polite and help you to feel comfortable and welcomed in the premises! All who attend this gym are polite, friendly, encouraging and especially non judgmental!
Been attending this gym since May. The staff - manager and trainers alike - are great. Friendly, understanding and helpful people. There is a good range of equipment that is well maintained. The crowd (both AM and PM crowd) are also pretty friendly in my experience.
So happy I made the switch back to Snap Banksia Grove. Always a tidy club. And love having a chat with Charlotte the club manager
I like the size of the gym and the machines are pretty good. However, it's not a very personal gym. I guess its the way gyms are now. Sure the lady on reception will say hello when you arrive but other than that, there is no interaction at all. I see so many people training incorrectly but staff don't say anything.
The music is repetitive and often too loud. I've mentioned this and it actually was turned down but its far too contemporary for anyone over 30 years old.
Probably my biggest gripe is hygiene. I notice people rarely wipe down machines after use and so often there isn't any paper towel or sanitiser available. I've even bought my own to the gym to clean the machines before and after use.
The gym overall isn't bad but service and hygiene could be improved.
