Booked a time with Sally for a tour of the gym and free trial. Waited around for 30 minutes and tried calling to get into the gym. Sally told me she was busy with a client and only just got to her phone half an hour after our appointment. Dont double book and be more organised.

Great vibe, helpful and highly skilled staff and trainers. Great family feel to the gym where everyone helps each other out and respects each other's space. Highly recommend PT Ben Bullock!

Great size gym with plenty of equipment, pin and plate loaded.
Large range of modern cardio equipment.
Clean and tidy with good shower facilities.
Manager is friendly and informative.

Great gym with a wide range of equipment. The staff are great and accommodating; the place is always spotlessly clean. However, as the New Year started, many newbies in the gym weren't there to work out. It's okay to take videos of themselves, but a 360 video of the gym with everyone working out to post on their social media is a big NO. It's uncomfortable and awkward to work out and push yourself to your limit, knowing people could be watching you doing your last rep. I hope Snap fitness Rockingham will post a reminder that we should respect everyone's space and privacy.

I love going into Snaps Rockingham! It’s a really well cleaned and maintained gym with extremely friendly staff. I’ve been going for only a year and they treat you like family there. There classes are an awesome atmosphere and super challenging!

I vowed I'd never step foot in a gym but alas here I am writing a five star review telling the world how great, friendly and easy going snap Rockingham is.

Great for beginners, would recommend for anyone starting staff is nice and the members are really nice, clean gym 10/10

Staff are nice and helpful
Open 24hrs and only able to enter with your own keycard so it's also safe and secure, especially for those like me who like to go at night!
Small creche/kids area if you need to take them,
Equipment has instructional diagrams for beginners,
A few different group classes available for free with each membership (including month by month members)
New members get 4 guest passes to bring a friend for free
Plenty of sanitiser sprays & wipes available on tables nearby for extra cleaning of equipment by individuals.
Chilled water systems to refill water bottles
Several separate freestanding showers & toilets to private use
Mirrors around weights areas and in each bathroom/toilet/handwash station
Cheap membership with no lock in contracts, and can put a hold on membership so that you aren't charged when unwell or traveling and can't go.
Cubbies visible in gym area for ease of access between work-outs
Protein mixing station,
Antiperspirant deodorant spray available for free use for everyone,
Free personal trainer session from experienced trainers, available for beginners/new members
TV's on display and music always playing, even in the middle of the night
Parking (free ofcourse) behind building
Convenient and easy to access location.

Definitely one of the best gyms in the area. All the equipment/machines are really good, and staff are all extreme welcoming and friendly. Overall a great quality gym.

It just like any other gym.
The young ones that go thier actually make it ruin it by sitting on equipment and then sit on there phones.they need to know instrgram love won't get you results. So hopefully the manager well

Absolutely phenomenal! Great atmosphere, amazing staff has got to be the best gym in Rockingham. Everyone’s so nice and always happy to help if a spots needed, fun challenges happening every month so you keep pushing yourself. 100% recommend snapfitness Rockingham as the place to go if you’re looking for a wide variety of equipment and a positive engaging gym to workout at.

Staff members not very friendly. Not open to feedback. Staff need to work on their professionalism and customer service. I'm glad I train at different snap gym.

This gym is not begginer friendly, and does not take into account different fitness levels. As their definitions to vigorous excercise is running on the treadmill at 14. They havent considered how vigorous it is conducting a HIT workout or lifting heavy weights. Due to this I would doubt the credibilty of anyone working there. For the first time i never wanted to leave a gym before finishing my workout.

All the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice big gym. Group fitness classes are the best and included in my membership.
