There aren’t enough stars here for Caroline. I cold called her for a very out of the ordinary request for my mum in hospital. My request was answered with compassion and a little thing you don’t get often.customer service! I was promised a followup in a hour or so while Caroline tried to figure out my request and well of course and hour later she called and had everything sorted for mum. Very helpful very professional I lucked out here. I called about 12 other places in the local area and met with Mediocre “nah we don’t do that kind of thing” to straight out “No” and I’m not sure what language it was. We made a booking and communication was great. The rate was very reasonable given the effort that was made to call out to Fiona Stanly. Highly recommend I could keep writing this review until my thumbs bled the device was that good. Thanks
