I was a first time buyer and to throw a few spanners in the mix it was an investment property, in another state, I lived 1600km away from Helen and I am not Australian!
After the royal banking commission, it has made it extremely difficult for kiwis to buy houses in OZ.
Helen jumped through every hoop and practically bought the house for me. She was phoning me at 0530hrs if we were both awake and phoning me while on holiday, to make sure I was up with what was going on.
She liased with every other agency involved on my behalf and gave them a hurry up if their service was not up to scratch. She explained everything to me every step of the way and helped me with my endless questions.and trust me there was a lot of them)
