Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Immediate quote, measured within a week, installed in over 4/5 weeks. Installers were very professional and were able to change things around (husband is a joiner so very fussy) to suit our outdoor area perfectly. Manual outdoor roller flyscreens look fabulous and work well. It took a couple of goes to install due to some technical, manufacturing, and available tradesman difficulties, but the team always kept us updated. Mario the installer was a gem. We needed one roller to have a replacement rubber seal due to a bowed floor - this was done quickly and cheerfully by one of the owners. Highly recommended product and company for roller flyscreens.

I highly recommend Smarter Outdoors. I previously purchased Roller Shutters from Ozshut for my house, so I thought is was a no brainer to go with Ozshut again for my mum's house. But to be sure I got 3 quotes for a full house, which required 16 roller shutters. 1. Ozshut. 2. Smarter Outdoors 3. Nu-Stylye

From the 3 companies I received the following. 1. A verbal quote from Oz Shut (take it or leave it price) 2. A written quote on the same day. 3. An email quote from Nu Style 6 days later, with no follow up phone call.
If you work out the average price for each shutter is around $1,000.00 x 16, it's not a small price.
Anyway the decision was very easy.not only were Smarter Outdoors cheaper, they were installed inside 2 weeks and they are far better and quieter than Oz Shut Shutters. The only thing I am disappointed in is that I don't have Smarter Outdoor shutters on my house. And the remote control shutters are amazing! Thanks to Ben and his Team
