Smarter CRM

We engaged with Smarter CRM after we were referred to them. The process was easy-we made the enquiry and Peter send us a calendar invite link to choose a time to discuss Smarter CRM. After much searching and trying other CRMs for our home building/renovation company we decided on Smarter CRM. The work flows are easy to use, we can customize what we need to and most importantly it is simple to use. The entire process from start to finish was simple to navigate. We worked with Sam and she would send us updates on what she needed and we would get them back to her. We are excited to see where Smarter CRM can take our growth! I highly recommend Smarter CRM.

Referred by the Association of Professional Builders and being new to the CRM game, I was impressed at how the Smarter CRM team looked after us by training us in the use of the CRM and pre-customising it so it was ready to hit the ground running along with the launch of our new website (also by Smarter Websites).

I have been very impressed with how knowledgeable and responsive the team are to my queries and the ease of the system to use. I have found it extremely easy to make edits to the templates and workflows and it has great customisation features.

I recently had Peter and his team setup the new Smarter CRM software for our company, we have spent some time working through the training on the new platform and spent time with Sam showing us the ropes and it’s full functionality, I can say this is very powerful software, easy to navigate for the not so tech savvy user and their support has been great. I've been using Smarter CRM for about a month now and absolutely love the features. It is so much easier to use than my previous CRM and I get surprised constantly with how quick they implement new features. It's definitely a keeper.

I was introduced to Smarter CRM about 3 months ago. I have to say I was skeptical to start with. There are so many CRMs on the market. After giving it a good trial run 3 months I've gotta say I totally love it. I've been a Keap Certified Partner for 6 years now so I know CRMs. This system is very responsive, constantly making improvements. Pretty impressed.
