The service and friendliness of the staff at SKM was amazing. It was so nice to go into a store and truly feel that the staff really cared about what you wanted and nothing was too much. Amazing service from the staff in store and items were delivered when they said they would be with a courtesy call before they arrived. Great service from the guy that delivered the goods put them where we wanted them without hesitation and with a smile. Highly recommend a visit to the store. Great range of furniture at reasonable prices. Worth a visit. Thank you to all at SKM.

Bought a lamp not happy fresh out of the box lamp shade buckled already been back there once already plug not even Australian paid good money for inferior product won't be going there again

Had my couches delivered this afternoon by Mubarak. Such a lovely helpful man. He assisted my sister and I unpack the couches. Mubarak also made sure we had all the right pieces. We received two of the same side, Mubarak immediately went back to the store and got the replacement with any hesitation.
Very polite, Delightful and professional.

Very bad customer service and low quality products.
I received a lounge from SKM 10 months ago for $4000
It’s leather start loosing and I call them for warranty and fix but they said only this thing is not covered under warranty and they refused my claim but when I bought it they said you have 1 year warranty for anything happens to the products.
So please be aware of before you buy their products as it looks very attractive but quality wise very poor.

The driver, Mubarak came and set up all the couches himself with little assistance. Hats off to skm furniture for both the price and delivery.

The team at SKM provided me with great looking, durable and affordable furniture. Their customer service and installation was exceptional and were able to provide what I required in a good timeframe. I highly recommend SKM!
