Lovely service from Gosia. Great with recommending products. Very knowledgeable. Prefer Floreat management to Mullalloo. Much more friendly and welcoming. Also Krysia and Gosia advised about points. Never advised about points usage at Mullalloo. Shame as Mullalloo is closer, but I just love Floreat so much more. Krysia and Gosia are just beautiful xx

IPL treatment

It was my first derma pen appointment and was really nervous. In fact, I wanted to stop the procedure the moment I heard the needle sound, you know. But Krysia, she made me feel so comfortable, beautifully distracted me with her sense of humour, and explained carefully where the pain points are. I ended up going back again despite the fear of needles because I was confident Krysia gonna make me feel comfortable. And she did it beautifully again. Shout out to you Krysia.

I’m about to turn 40 and today was my first ever skin consultation. Oni explained to me why my skin is in it’s current condition and what I need to do for healthier, better looking skin in the future. Oni was helpful, friendly and she wasn’t pushy with her recommendations.

I’m truly in love my new lashes! I did a lash lift and tint today with Krysia. That was my very first time and I believe I couldn’t get better specialist to do that then her! I strongly recommend her as she has an amazing knowledge of what she is doing and an excellent customer service.
