The worst management ever, the lady with scarf soooo rude and obnoxious. She have no management skills nor manners, unbelievably aggressive and speak to her staff with such a bossy attitude, seriously if you can’t manage your education institutions stay home and cook and clean the house. I really hope the consumer law protection cancel their RTO.

They have new courses which provide a pathway towards 485 visas. The vocational placement trainings in courses like automotive s are so welcoming to the international students.

I recently completed my English language course with Skills Australia Institute. The course was extremely comprehensive and I was very impressed with the customer service throughout. The whole way through they have been understanding and extremely helpful. I can strongly recommend them for your educational needs they are sympathetic and understanding of how hard it can be to undergo English education for a non-English speaking person

I happened to refer one of friend's wife to Skills Australia Institute. She had recently come from India and I have to say they are very happy doing the diploma of childcare course with Skills. She has a good chance of getting a job as well at the place she trains. Well done Skills!

The reception lady was very unprofessional and rude, I called up today to ask for a few questions and as soon as the lady answered the call she was mid laughing with her colleague and pretty much ended our convo as soon as she can while I was still speaking

The worst I’ve ever stepped on to. Don’ risk your time and money with them. They are not professional at all.
Like any other college, source of anxiety! Disgusting! Pushing students to death!
Teacher and management bridging their own policy!

All I’ve to offer is my bad wishes and bad luck for this college
May this college get shutdown soon!

Lack of management, they keep on changing the trainer. This is the 4th time that they have changed the childcare trainer.

Worse college I've studied with. They are not providing the service they are making you pay for. No support. Bad communication. Over charging for their service. Also for international student willing to continue education after, I strongly recommend going to an or her school as they have no second thought of changing your immigration info and making your life harder to get an other visa.
Do not go to this school, they are cheap for a reason, they do not teach and care in any regards about the student
