I ordered a lamb kebab and for me its the worst lamb kebab of my life the sauces i said to staff they didn’t put on and even the lettuce is bit smelly when i am eating the kebab

Horrible customer service from two staff members!

Very bad attitudes and when politely asked if they had missed something in my order - I was told ‘you didn’t ask for that’

I had asked if I could have the two staff members names At the end of the service and was given the silent treatment.

The company needs to re-evaluate their staff - they are extremely rude!

Location Mandurah forum very poor service gave us the wrong order the manager was very rude to us and the the workers. Wont buy there again.

Took 20 minutes to even start making my meal (meat box, precooked chips and precooked meat in a box). This was outside of peak time, three people working but only one making food.

The food was very good, most of the staff friendly. However the lady taking the order (Jen) was very impatient & snappy, obviously it was the end of her shift and wanted to go home!

Not an enjoyable experience. I ordered a Doner kebab with tabouilli and cheese as extra.

What I received was a cutdown version. They had left out the usual salad for starters. They put the tiniest bit (barely noticeable of taboulli and the same with the cheese, hardly any and charged me $2 extra to rip me off.

To top it off the taste was not very pleasant like when I have had other kebabs. It tasted really oily and stale.

I never enjoyed it at all. I cannot recommend this one at all. Check out my photo to see what I mean.

I bought a mini lamb kebab today and instead of paying the price on the menu $8.40, I paid $9.90and I was told because it was lamb, the wrap had hardly any meat in it and it wasn’t lamb it was mutton’s meat unchewable. Never again I would buy from them, this was practically a salad wrap

Mini kebab had no meat in it. All salad and sauce. So disappointed after being so hungry and craving a good kebab. Not satisfying at all.

We often eat from Kebab shops. We asked for 3 kebabs, gozleme, Large chips and a large meat box, for the price that we paid, the amount wasn't close enough to what we would normally get from other kebab shops. The food was okay though.

Very very disorganised, 20 minutes for a gozleme while kebabs get churned out 7 order ahead of mine. Was tasty but way too long to wait when not really that busy

First time was looking forward to a Kebab lamb was tough and fatty could not eat through out never done this before would not go there again

The customer service was absolutely disgusting, ordered a meal and didnt get notified that what i was ordering was no longer available. Got given a completely different meal and i notified them. Apparently i can pay for one meal and get given whatever they want to give me. Upon telling the worst server ever i got told this is what im getting and thats that. I was under the ussumption that i paid for an item and got that item. If it wasnt available they should have told me asap instead of just doing what they want

Always a good value for money meal found here with the $8 small meat box. Loved the sauce choices and the generous amount of chips in it.

Poor work ethic. Terrible service. Staff members have attitude problems. ALWAYS OVER SEASONING THE CHIPS. I always get my chips without he seasoning but the girls still put seasoning on my chips and it’s disgusting! Ask for them to change it and I just get shrugged off.
WORST KEBAB PLACE IN MANDURAH.
Do not recommend whatsoever.

ALSO I WAS CHARGED $5 for a SMALL CHIPS AND GRAVY WHEN IT COSTS $4.50!

The eftpos machine took 10 dollars out of my account and said it declined and the manager working said you could just buy somthing with cash. Horrible customer service

Customer service was bad, the young girl wasnt listening when taking our order, asked for no onion on one, she looked like she did not want to be there, the girl that made our kebabs also didnt care, when i noticed she was putting onion on both she picked the onion out with her fingers taking most of the garlic sauce with it, after tasting it.hardly any meat, mostly lettuce and the garlic sauce tasted like vinegar, would not go back, worst kebab ive had

Each time I've order through uber eats I have to put through a refund request, because my drinks get forgotten.
I get charged by Uber for the drinks, but it's not on the receipt they staple to the bag. Please consider checking staff procedure, or seeing if there is a fault in orders coming through, as this has happened multiple times.

The food is pretty good, which is what keeps me coming back and hoping that maybe this time I won't have my drinks missing.

Ordered two kebabs from here and the service was poor, the workers had no enjoyment or energy. Got the char lamb and chicken mini kebabs, the char lamb couldnt even be eaten as the wrap itself ripped and all the filling went to the bottom of the bag. The chicken kebab had two small strips or chicken so it had barely any meat filling. Definitely wont be coming back here and well save our money for a better place. The staff had no interest in refunding or remaking our kebabs.

Asked if I could have a box of meat only and i said i would be happy to pay extra and they said no, but they would be happy to do a meat box without the chips but with the normal amount of meat for the same price i dont think so

Ordered a doner kebab.two thin strips of meat and all salad. Politely asked if we could have some more meat in the kebab. Staff so rude! Eventually made a fresh one. Spend your money elsewhere!
