Fantastic service today at the forum shop. Brilliant knowledge and helped me find a shoe to fit my feet, which have had multiple surgeries on. Thank you.

I have been a Skechers user since 2018 but it was the first time I had an issue with my product. I went back to the store and within minutes, staff issued a credit note to me returned the faulty pair immediately. Impressed with their service and speed.

Worst customer experience, served by Ella rose & Victoria. So rude and disrespectful, they need to learn customer service. & not lie about not having stock when they do. Moreover, they do not know how to communicate properly. If you’re in customer service learn how to talk to customers. Also it’s not hard to clean off scuffs or even offer incentives for scuffed shoes instead of giving back attitude. I’ve been working in retail- specifically shoe retail for a long time and I would never ever disrespect customers the way they did to me. Made me feel so uncomfortable would never go again.

Absolutely bloody fantastic service from Ellah and Victoria, the way they get to know your personal environment to best recommend a shoe to fit your needs is just superb.i also wanna make note of the sublime personalities they both have it made for a brilliant experience for both myself and my partner

I visited the Sketchers store the other day and was served by two girls, Ellah and Victoria were amazing at listening to my wants/needs as I work on my feet all day. Amazing customer service and highly recommend asking for one of them to help you if you go! Keep up the awesome work girls.

Both Victoria & Ellah were very helpful ladies! I’ve never bought or worn Sketchers before but they helped me a lot with what would suit me for both comfort and style! I live 3hrs away and coming into that store with not knowing what to get or just browse is worth seeing those two for help!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my kids for school. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, despite how busy it was, and the shoes are comfortable and look to be hard wearing.

I was very surprised there is no way of measuring feet in the shoe shop. Is there a sensible reason for this?

We made a special visit from pinjarra as my husband wanted another pair of sketchers. He is 83 years old and not in the best of health so we were hoping to find something for him. We found the service very bad. We would have been in the shop for about half an hour but were only shown two pairs of shoes. The girl serving was not at all helpful. They were not busy so that was no excuse. We went next door and found the service much better.

We were in the store yesterday and were served by Rebecca - she is a fantastic Sales person and is the prime example of how a customer likes to be treated. She is fantastic a credit to your company!

We were served by a young lady by the name of Rebecca at Sketches in Mandurah and could not believe the most exceptional service this young lady offered. If any company wanted to learn how to serve customers this is the place to go and ask for her you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for the time you took to help my mum.

Entered this shop 3 sales girls in shop greeted and that was it they stood there chatting about their lives. At least one went out to the back to work. Lost sale, second shoe shop l visited at Mandurah Forum today and both times disappointing sales staff.
