Loved this shop so much to choose from. Very helpful staff and friendly. Only fault I found was there were no directorys to find shops in the centre so it took me a long time to find sketchers

Great service. Took a pair of trainers back that I ordered online and the service was great, fast and all done with a lovely smile. The young lady serving was a credit to the shop and to Skechers as a brand.

Maybe I'm not your "Normal" demographic but to be totally walked past several times to serve young attractive customers is just plain rude. Joondalup store

Came in on sunday hoping to buy my daughter some shoes for her birthday, Sophie came up and helped me pick out the perfect pair. She was so friendly and knew a lot about the products. Will be returning!

It's a good store however the range is limited compared to the DFO and Perth City stores. Realise the store size is a different point however still some top ranges were not available.

Service excellent staff extremely helpful even when under the pump.

The customer service is so lovely, esp. Lauren - so helpful, smiley, cheerful and friendly! She goes up and down, back and forth to accommodate our requests although she has to serve other customers during a busy sale period!:) Thank you so much!

Nice service, they have a great range of trainers and shoes. I surprised myself with the choices they had. I walked out with three pairs of trainers all under $200 in the sales.

Spent $200 on a new set of shoes and was happy with what I got until one pair left shoe seemed to cause constant rubbing on the back of my heal. I noticed after many observations and tests that the shoe heel has a lip at the top used to pull the back of the shoe and make putting on the shoe easier. This part of the shoe is very stiff and has been rubbing on the back of mt foot causing blistering.

Unfortunately, since I been using the shoe outside the home and on the street this has put me in a position that now I cannot swap the shoe or get a refund. I was given the option to buy $30 socks that have padding, but I felt that since I spent $200 on shoes and have already got the experience I was not expecting.no thank you.

I think padding could be integrated into the back heel of the shoe rather than paying extra.

Not that anyone would know all this after all the warm sales pitch and its up to the customer to find out afterwards and to read the receipt.

Love these shoes sooo comfy even better when you get them on sale. The service is friendly and helpful

I usually dont go unto skechers, but when they have a sale it is worth it.
The staff were so friendly, and they have a great range of sooo many different types of shoes. Some trainers are showstoppers!

The staff are extremely efficient and always motivated to help their customers. I always find what I need in the Joondalup store!

Opening times advertised on their website as 7am today (23/12/19). Went there for 7 but they did not open until 9am. This is poor service and they have now changed times on their site to 9am. I'm annoyed and they've lost a sale!

Just ordered some shoes. Tyla gave me some great service, very knowledgeable about sketchers, didn’t push the sale at all. I would recommend this store to everyone.

My sister and I visited the store yesterday and was helped by a lovely young staff member Emily.
She went above and beyond to help us and get us the correct product with suggesting shoes we hadn't thought of either. Absolute credit to your business. Thank you Emily

Went to buy shoes - good brand yesterday however I wonder what your sales are like because some of your staff are not there to sell shoes
I was served firstly by one staff member who when she couldn't find the right size for me packed up all the shoes put them away and ignored me from then on
I'm standing there thinking is she going to come back so I can ask her to try on something else
No off she went and played with the till
I'm not the only one in the store getting this treatment other couples were the same we are thinking what is going on?
If I hadn't been approached again by another very nice young lady after nearly 10 mins of standing around as I didn't go away like other people shopping I would have gone next door and taken my money with me
I should really have walked out as many other people did yesterday but I hung around to see if the other girl would come back to me
No she just kept playing around behind the counter ignoring everyone in the store while the other girl was run off her feet
If you were paying for that shop assistant yesterday she didn't do the cost justice and if I were the owners I would be looking closely at her customer service results and her sales techniques as there wasn't any of that either
Retail is hard going at the moment and every sale is important so check your staff are doing their jobs because one of them wasnt yesterday and it would have cost you sales

Love skechers, and have been looking online at new styles. When at Joondalup yesterday wandered in to try some on. There were 3 staff standing having a nice chat. After wandering around the store for 5 minutes being ignored. I left. Back to online shopping for me. And back to foot locker. Still love Skechers but might need to train staff on Customer service.

Music so loud its hard to think. Mentioned this to one of the staff and he just said each to his own. We will go elsewhere for our Skecher shoes. Poor customer service.

This store seems to have the uplift it totally deserves. Cool staff, they're more welcoming, attentive and friendly. Loving the music, adds happy vibes to the store and i can sing while i shop. Thanks heaps to Jess for helping me choose the bfriend's birthday prezzie.you and your team are amazing!
