Go to Hertz….

I booked a bus for our Christmas party 6 weeks before Xmas. I was told 7 days out from my booking date that they were selling the bus and won’t honour the booking. That was all they could do for me apparently no offer of an alternative or really even an apology.

Fortunately Hertz still had a bus available for me. So given they cannot honour a simple booking I would advise going elsewhere.

Meet Ronaldo the Legend, he is very helpful, he spent time with me, helped me throughout the booking process. Fast & Easy pick ups and drop off's. The Vehicle I rented was very tidy and clean, clean booster seats, and very well maintained drive as new. Will definitely go back there in the future, best place to rent a vehicle in freo!

Rented a Staria which is an equivalent of Hiace. Great cargo capacity and the vehicle is new clean and advanced. Great service from the two lovely ladies at the counter.

Avoid all cost and troubles.

The car had issues but no one repaired for next person, and I got charged for that.
