The experience was excellent! Food really good, cheap, the place is beautiful and the restaurant was full of people! Also BYO! Really fun! Can’t wait to go again

I don’t know where to begin. 10 friends, Friday night. Shared starters… plenty of staff around but from our experience they had no idea about serving tables, asking about drinks for our table or even taking food orders. Had to keep asking for drinks and water. We received 8 mains out of the 10 that we ordered… one for each person. When we kept asking when are the last 2 mains coming we were told “2 mins” which was a standard reply. We must have asked 10 times. In the end, with the evening now a disaster we were asked by a waitress what are the two orders that we were waiting for?
Telling wait person 3 or 4 times what the remaining, missing 2 orders were even when the evening was coming to an end…. The night was over. One of the 2 unserved meals came out 2 1/2 hours after we arrived. Unprofessional to the highest degree. Worst experience I have ever had in any eating establishment. I gave it a 1 star as it never gave the option of giving zero stars. No apologies, no explanations… except for blaming us for not placing an order for 10 mains. Not one staff member knew what was going on and not one wait person took responsibility for why we didn’t receive our full order of 10 meals. Avioid this restaurant at all costs. There are many more eateries close by to choose from.
As as a side note - I was telling a colleague on Friday (same day) that our group were going to 6 senses that night and he said good luck! He missed out on a main meal there when he went with his family in early December- he ended up eating half a bowl of rice with left overs from plates left by his family. How ridiculous is that! I experienced the exact same thing.

Stopped for lunch, was nearly closing time so we had a bit of a hurry on but the food was on point, definitely have the coconut prawns they were amazing

I can say the food as a 2 out of 5, but I only gave one star because I paid extra for something I didn't order. A disaster restaurant

Location and the ambiance is gorgeous. We were seated in a privet booth / shell. Was so lovely.
However, there was lots of staff rostered on but customer service was truly awful. Staff walked past us (back and forth) for 50 minutes before asking us for drinks. Was outrageous, we were so hungry. Staff should have a better system as they were bringing out the odd food and drinks but not taking orders. Was very difficult to call staff over as they would ignore you and speed walk elsewhere.
Food finally arrived and it was very standard. It wasn’t worth the long wait unfortunately.
Additionally, a staff dropped a glass in front of our table and the red wine spatted on mine and my partners feet and pants. Accidents happen but no one came to check up on us or apologise.

The location and place is wonderful.
The service is very poor, for the price you pay they are staff are kind of rude. Ordered a bottle of wine they don't even open for you.

The food used to be good, I don't rate at all anymore. We waited half hour (4 of us) and one plate came, the others came 5 minutes later. So the person that got the order had to wait for ours and eat her food cold.

It's a nice place for the location, but for the price of everything I won't go back

Our team had Christmas party at this restaurant. Always crowded and busy. Must do advance booking. Recommend fried barramundi, beef salad, duck and mango ice cream. Beautiful scenery.

Staff looked like they were dead to the world, one of the waiters took our order but forgot to give it too the chef and didn’t even end up writing our full order down because I didn’t receive a meal I ordered until I asked for it an hour and a half later.

Staff were pretty bland and not attentive

Food was pretty average for the price you pay for it, considering this restaurant is in the heart of Perth and one of the most expensive Thai restaurants in WA, I expected way more than what we got… Food tasted like it was made for take out, not proper Thai professionally made.

Nice spot though, very nice inside.

Waiters looked dead behind the eyes; rude and unbelievably slow. Ordered the salad and it looked/tasted like they’d thrown Coles salad mix and dressing in a bowl. The one star is for the nice location.

This is a beautiful spot to go if you love Thai food. The Barramundi was my favourite dish. It was cooked beautifully and the sauce was perfect. We ordered a few cocktails too. The view of Elizabeth Quay is gorgeous.

Had to use your six senses to get served. We had to ask for every drink and every empty dish to be taken away. We were given food with no crockery or cutlery, again had to ask. The first 2 empty drinks sat on table the whole night even after asking twice for them to be taken away. Wait staffs uniforms were visabley dirty putting you off the food. Tiktoc reviews let us down. Food was slightly above average at best.

Food was nice, service was a bit lousy and our meals all came out at different times. We had 2 entrees come out after the other 2 were finished. And my poor mother had to sit and eat her main after we had all been forced to eat to avoid our food going cold

Tasty food and very generous portions. Amazing location with great views. We were there on Thursday and it was busy but they didn’t seem to have enough staff on. It took them a while to take our orders.

Food was delicious and portions generous. Service can be improved. Took 20 mins for someone to come take our order and another 20 mins for the food to come. And this was on a Wednesday night with less customers.

One of the best Thai restaurant I have been too. Price was good for the food quality and quantity. Nice view, great location and view. Service could be / needs to be improved, but the food makes up for it, for now.
Definitely recommended and Will be back on my next visit to Perth.

Probably the worst customer service experience. Not once did a staff to check up on me if i needed anything. It started to rain near the end of my meal and the waitress clearing the table next to me did not offer to let me finish inside? Seagulls constantly trying to take your food as well, no care from staff.

Said a few words when paying, manager couldnt care less. How is it possible to receive such abbsymal customer service. Appaling and unacceptable
