Site Skills Training Perth

I requested a refund on July 7th, but my emails were ignored multiple times. Then, on August 14th, I received an email promising an immediate refund, but as of September 6th, there has been no deposit, and there has been no response.
Everyone considering enrolling in this academy should expect refunds to take over two months.
Will never book SST again

Absolutely disgusted. I requested a refund for a course that I couldn't attend 5 days before the course started. It's been over 4 weeks and I still haven't received the refund. Have called multiple times and have been getting the run around. Will never book through this company again. Avoid

Terrifying course quality. Have done the WSAH many times now, and the trainer missed lots of critical information. The equipment used was below standard, the course content was weak and non interactive. The trainer loved to go on breaks too, of the 6.5 hours in the building 2.5 of those were either on breaks or we started late. Do not recommend this place, especially if you want to be safe at work. Have emailed them, and made a complaint to ASQA. Heard nothing back.

Great facilities, admin ladies super helpful. I've done 4 courses and Steve Rossi provide me with a great Rigging Base course over 5 days with helpful and practical examples. 5 stars to all the staff

He is doing a fantastic job very inclusive and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood the task before commencing in the operation. Would highly recommend.

The trainers at site skills were very knowledgeable and worked with the guys that were finding it hard. We had Kurt and he was very hands on and took his time to explain and go through parts that seem difficult at first but got easier as we kept doing the revision. Top notch.

Friendly trainers and staff plenty of parking and easy to find. Smoko van pull up for smoko and lunch just outside the building.

Since my first contact with this company I had no other feelings than disappointment.
They don't keep their promises and are unorganised because they expand too fast.
It will be my last time with this company

Did gas test 3 months ago still waiting for my card ring them and they promise to send it within a week still waiting 3 months in and 6 phone calls

Excellent staff and the trainers are awesome. I’ve done a few courses there and each time I’m more than happy. Plenty of courses to choose from and the instructors know their stuff having worked in the industry they’re teaching. One of the better facilities I’ve been to.

Fantastic staff who are always ready to lend a hand and ensure you feel valued, not just as a customer but as a person. Great range of courses and the instructors and resources to make it all a breeze.

It has been 4 weeks and I still haven't got my tickets. I have done 3 operator trainings. Paid full out from my own pocket. Kept on following them up but not a single ticket came in from the mailbox. Lecturers were good but the processing is not. Very very slow. You lose job application opportunities waiting for your tickets. Unacceptable.

We booked a course for 8 people on at our premises, after waiting several weeks for them to confirm a date, it was cancelled 2 days before as they had outdated training material. 2 more weeks to receive correct training material (over 1400 pages printed!) and several emails requesting a course date, they send email saying "Our Trainer has advised us that he is way too busy onsite and cannot deliver this training anymore". Vary unprofessional. I would suggest they need to find another trainer if they are so busy.

I recently completed a CN ticket with site skills training and enjoyed the course. The trainer was very knowledgeable and kept the course alive.

The facilities are great and the all the staff and trainers are friendly and helpful. Thorough in-depth course material and well presented.
