The people that were working were exceptionally welcoming and so friendly it compelled me to leave this review. Not sure if they were the owners but could tell they were very passionate and attentive to every single person who walked through the door.
Lots of choice on the menu. The tea was delightful.

This place is a front for HERBALIFE. The owner is rude, condescending and has no time to tell you the ingredients in the teas because she knows she's a predatory scammer.
Doesn't deserve your money or time!

We met Marco today whilst in the area and needing a refreshment. He welcomed us warmly and explained all of the menu. We settled on two protein smoothies with natural ingredients. Mint and biscoff. Both blew our socks off. I even got a protein mocha to go. Amazing experience

Tasty but well over promoted and overpriced, even with a dollar off that’s still heaps to pay for what is essentially just a drink. Especially if you’re pregnant and asking for a drink without the energy in it and still get charged the exact same amount as a normal one. I’ve been to others not affiliated with Sip that atleast discount it if you don’t have the energy in it.

Absolutely love Sip! Love hopping through their iced tea menu and never being disappointed with my order. Such friendly customer service. Enjoying my guiltfree sugarfree rewards!

Sipped on my first Sip today and it did not disappoint! I ordered a Mango Tango smoothie and it was deliciously filling. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is chilled.
Can't wait to try all of their drinks.

The members of staff are so wonderful, you’re always welcome with a delightful smile.i usually get the icey cold tea (hugggge selection available) but they also made adjustments for my gluten/dairy limitations when purchasing a smoothie.

Our go-to. The owners Sophie & Marco are lovely and are so passionate about what they do! Such a variety and everything is just amazing. Feel amazing after my sips and they have made such a big difference with my overall energy levels and well-being, it’s a clean pick me up that lasts most of the day.

The staff there are always friendly and always put a smile on your face! The teas and smoothies are the best i’ve ever have even though i’m not a tea person i love there teas! So SIP Banksia Grove is the OG cafe in serving up delicious and nutritious loaded Iced Teas!

What is a loaded iced tea? It is a delicious iced tea drink with added Aloe Vera (great for gut health) and has none of the bad stuff you find in traditional iced tea! Each tea is around 24 calories or less.

If you have a sweet tooth but are trying to cut sugar, than this is the place for you. With a huge range of flavours you will want to keep coming back for more! I promise:) and all the drinks are super Insta worthy.

If Tea is not your jam then try one of their amazing protein smoothies or protein iced coffees.

What I really love about this place though is the vibe. Soph (the owner) and her staff are just the kindest people you will ever meet! I’m glad to say my local loaded iced tea cafe is one of my favourite place to hang because Sophie and her staff have become my friends.

If you haven’t already tried Sips Teas and Smoothies than you are missing out!
