Fabulous shopping experience, and I am grateful.
To celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary my husband surprised me with a visit to Sinclairs Jewellers.
My gift was to purchase pearl earrings.
I had really helpful and friendly service from Lauren. She was able to guide me to what size pearls that best suited my earlobes.
I discussed my price range and was able to purchase high quality pearls at a really reasonable price.
To know that I was purchasing from a long established family business was not only peace of mind,
it was also the icing on the cake.
I definitely would recommend from my experience and will happily be a return customer when I visit WA next year.

Unfortunately a negative experience at this jewellers.
We had two rings to be resized. The first, a simple plain gold band, this job was done without issue.

The second ring had to be resized with four delicate claws replaced around a stone.

The ring was returned with incorrect sizing (far too big), the stone was not set correctly, the delicate claws had been replaced with chunky barb wire looking claws. There were scratch marks on the gold surface and 1/4 of the gold band was matte, hadn't been polished like the rest of the ring.

The quality of the work was so poor, I did not request a fix up as I didn't want to damage the ring any further. It's style had been significantly changed.

For these two jobs it cost over $800.

I ended up sending my ring back to the designer in Belgium to restore the ring back to its original condition.

I would not recommend any alterations to delicate or precious jewellery.

Had my 20 year old engagement and wedding rings repaired. Results were stunning, I'm sure the rings looked better than they did 20 years ago. I chose Sinclairs because they had the best reviews, even though they were further away than some other places. Staff were so courteous and helpful and parking is right outside the door. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic level of service. Professional; and Jim knows his trade. Doesn't beat around the bush or heavily inflate quote. Have had them make our engagement ring; and now also having them make my wedding bands and band for my fiance too. Love, love, LOVE my engagement ring. Jim was so knowledgeable in helping us select the best diamond for a great price comparable to online sellers. The craftsmanship of my ring was beautiful and the service through the whole process was great.

I've had three pieces of jewellery made by Sinclair Jewellers now and I can say that I would never go anywhere other then Sinclair Jewellers as they only create the highest of quality jewellery. Jim Sinclair and the team are definitely the experts when it comes to creating custom designed pieces of Jewellery. So in love with all the jewellery I've had made by them.
