I loved coming to this salon to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted when Carla worked here. She used to do your eyebrows with such care. The young girls are quite good too. But the older lady working here now, doesn't even pluck the stray hairs after. And last week when I had them done, she waxed one eyebrow smaller than the other and they have no shape whatsoever now. She made me feel like I was a waste of time. I don't think I'll come back again.

What a beautiful place to come to. The customer service, attention to detail and relaxing environment was a pleasant surprise. This is a little hidden gem I was so happy to find.i had a facial and it was so relaxing. I can’t wait to be back

I love returning here for a wax, the ladies are so lovely and easy to talk to. I notice simply beauty has more care towards their clients and the waxing compared to other places I've been, plus good prices. I always enjoy the relaxing music and they usually have a good loyalty card for discounts. Will always recommend!

Been to this salon a few times now and it’s been great. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, professional and have always checked in on me during my services to make sure that I’m comfortable and that everything feels good. If you’re loving for a new place for body waxing I couldn’t recommend these ladies any more. They’re all incredibly well trained and I can’t wait to come and visit them again!

Defianlty reckon mend this salon.being a 16 year old getting "down there" waxed is embarrasing and scary but the entire time I felt comfortable and it was very professional.the best experience I've had with waxing.

I had a facial last week @ SIMPLY BEAUTY I have been before which was lovely, but this time OMG it was awesome. The product was called AINHOA base ingredient I believe was Aloe so I purchase some a little expensive but lasts a long time if you follow instructions. So thank you Lynnette and the ladies from AINHOA.

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted, have to say this is the BEST my brows have ever looked! Other places would make them too thin and uneven. Went back here for the deluxe facial, and it was so relaxing. Didn't realise how much my mind and body needed it! Definitely going back, forget Christmas gifts, I'm letting my family know this is what I want instead:)

Got a eye brow wax and tint and I asked for a light brown ended up walking out with them black and uneven. I won’t be going back as this isn’t the first time!

I usually see Anne who is amazing - I highly recommend her! Today I saw someone else and it was a big mistake. I got an extended bikini wax - something so personal & particular. It was uneven on each side with a chunk of hair taken out on one side. I looked in the mirror and hated it. I burst into tears at the counter of how unhappy I was with it and they offered me 10% off first.then offered me 20% as they could see how upset I was. So I got $6 off a terrible experience - I felt insulted by such a stingy discount. Doesn’t come close to making up for it.

Horrendous wax job. Had her headphones in listening to music, left room to answer bell multiple time leaving door wide open mid brazilian, most painful wax I have ever received, left bleeding, sore and massive chucks of hair remaining. Was asked is that good enough. It really wasn't. Please don't do it to yourself!

Professional staff, highly recommended, staff understands your needs and treat you accordingly, the best customer service I ever got.

The lady who gave me a Brazilian left me swollen and I was bleeding in some areas. She left a lot of hair behind too. Apparently there are two options for waxing (strip waxing and hot wax), yet these options weren't presented to me, so I was left with strip waxing which was extremely painful for the genital area. No care was present and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely staff and great place for a relaxing facial. Would not recommend getting nail services here though as they’re not properly equipped.
