Silvestro Butchers

I'm new to the area as of August and found this butcher where I can get everything I need. Wide range of products. Everything in there is fresh and delicious. I love that they have eye fillet every single time I am going there. I love this place and recommend it to everyone I know. Awesome!

I have been looking for a local butcher for a while now. My first visit today and boy am I glad I found these guys. Fantastic range, the staff are friendly and I am going to be seeing these guys on regular basis now.

The greatest friendly team. Perfect lamb in a bag, wagyu steak and burgers. Oh and the meatballs, and schnitzel. The list goes on!

I've been looking for a local butcher for the last 5 months after finding out the butcher shoppe I've been going to for the last 22 years have permanently shut their doors, bless the Acciari Family.
I am very particular with the quality and choice of products and the cleanliness of a Butcher Shoppe, I was spoiled by Lino, Lorenzo and Ross at Acciari Gourmet Butchers and Deli, Well today i have found the place that ticked all the boxes.
A big thank you to Matt & Aaron of Silvestro Butchers for the warm welcome and going out of your way for me, very much appreciated, you guys are my new go-to butchers, looking forward to the next 20 years. Cheers

Bought some marinated beef kebabs (with capsicum & onion) for my son for dinner - he loved them! Tender & tasty he said. Their beef sausages were VERY nice too. Very personable staff too - Thanks guys

Great cuts of meat and good selection of small goods, sausages and more. I think it's time to stop buying from the supermarket!

Highly recommend these Butchers for all your catering needs top quality meats ever will not go anywhere else I travel 30 minutes plus just to get meat from here.

Excellent quality and range of meats with even greater service. Not from around the area but would drive out there just for them, easy to talk to and helpful with selection. Veal steaks were an absolute treat.

Sam was one of the butchers at Mike’s in Karrinyup. I followed him after one of the staff members gave me his address in Osborne Park, I like his produce, it’s very good quality. I tell friends about his business, I want him to succeed. He’s very accommodating to his customers, excellent and friendly service. I would like to mention Steph, his sister. Thank you Steph for going out of your way to cut my meat the way I want it. I’m sure all the staff are friendly.

Excellent quality butcher, great presentation and variety, courteous and great pricing, very recommendable place to visit.

Just finished eating a succulent rib eye from the team at Silvestros, best we’ve ever had. Will be back tomorrow to get a few more. Brilliant service and even better produce!

Bought a cooked pork roll for Christmas. Beautifully cooked, not dry just perfectly cooked. Cooked my own crackle and it was perfect.

The leg of lamb, even though large, cooked so well and was succulent and tasty.

Didn't want to charge me anything for the beef bone i was after to make bone broth. Even when i said i would purchase something in return the guy said no. Friendly kind and generous, definitely my go to butcher from now on.

I'm not normally one to rave but in this instance it is warranted. The produce is exceptional and beautifully presented. I've not experienced customer service this good in a very long time. You don't even notice the pricing it is so reasonable. I've recommended this butcher to family and friends.

Was told about Silvestro Butchers by a friend and have been buying my meat there ever since. Most delicious Scotch Fillet at reasonable prices, love the Chicken sausages too.

My Partner came in for some meat tonight & could not wait until I got home (she had to call me even though I was only around the corner) to tell me how amazing the service was & also how clean and nice the shop looked inside.
We have just eaten dinner & have thoroughly enjoyed the marinated steak and the beef sausages! As we only live 300 meters away this will be our new local butcher! Just wanted to say thank you:)

Very clean and tempting presentation. Tried the recommended rib eye and OMG the flavour of the meat really burst in my mouth. Excellent quality

Brilliant store, went in this arvo and got some dry aged tbone. Bloke was nice enough to throw in some of their signature snags to try.

Brilliant service and clean store, well done guys! Will now be my go-to butcher store.
