Best Japanese in the area. The willetton store is where it all started for me and having moved from both suburbs im lucky enough to have both the shops near me

Won’t regret the Katsu chicken with avocado sushi and the katsu chicken curry

Large serves, fast service, and good value. Karage was great but the endamame was a little mushy and the suhsi was lacking flavour.

First impression: the venue looked dirty, it has holes on the walls allowing mice or another pest inside, which obviously can make you sick because of cross-contamination. So better not even think about the kitchen.

-There is NO toilet and the service was cold.

Anyway we decided to give it a go.

We order sushi with salmon and it came on top with a large amount of fish skin which it turned the sushi visually and sensory unpleasant.
It looked like big pieces of snake skin. And I had to ask the girl over there what was all that mess.

The smell and the look was scary and suspicious and we didn’t enjoy it at all. It was the first time we went there.disappointed. The amount of fish skin was insane.

The flavour of the sushi rolls itself weren’t that bad but how it looked and smell made the food experience really poor.

I hope you can take this comment as a valuable feedback for improvement in all sense and please give some relief to the girl working on the cashier, also inside the kitchen and as a waitress. She looked exhausted because she had to do everything. This situation have a strong impact on the customer service that she is providing which it needs to be strongly improved.

Good well priced Japanese food. Could possibly go easier on the deep frying for the chicken Katsu. Sometimes can be a bit too crisp. But the Huon salmon sashimi is exquisite!

Great cost benefit, had it over 5 times and every time it was great. Especially the takoyaki and the karaage don

I dont notmally bother with reviews but my crunchy roll was so bad i hope others avoid this place, the chicken that was in my crunchy roll was hard as a rock seemed to be very old chicken, the worst sushi i have ever had by far.praying i dont get food poisoning

Your katsu chicken sushi used to taste like i was eating a warm, fresh bowl of katsu chicken.now it takes like old crusty chicken that has been sitting for weeks wrapped in soggy bland rice and leathery seaweed.

5 stars for the prawn and vegetable tempura.

I’ve been looking for great prawn tempuras in Perth and so glad I found them here. They are excellent.

I was taken aback how beautiful the food I had there today.then equally so seeing the below 4 star reviews. Maybe it's had different owners or chef. I thought the prawn sushi was up there with the best I've had, it came out still warm and was delicious. I will be back there for more even though it's a bit if a drive for me. Friendly fast service too, thankyou

The one in Melville is not as good as the one in Willetton, we ordered a large assorted sashimi, they only gave us salmon and tuna, they didn't have any other and didn't tell us when we ordered.

Ordered the Teriyaki salmon bowl with takoyaki on Menulog. Takoyaki was good but the salmon was plain, almost dry, rice was overdone, and the random salad leaves in the bowl didnt really make sense either. Ordered this at 8pm at night, nearly 30$, probably not worth it.

Very good sushi, service was a touch slow. But I will give the benefit of the doubt due to Covid restrictions.

This Japanese restaurant is perfect. Both the food and service are great, although you may want to go earlier at around 6: 00 to get there before the crowd. Since the pandemic, less people have been dining in, but takeout through Menulog or Uber eats is possible.

Has always been a regular customer of willetton/canning vale store. Had terrible sushi tonight at Palmyra. Nori was not fresh, rice was bland and all falls apart. Will not recommend this store.

While the food is great.staffing brought it down to 3 stars. One staff to take orders, collect payment, dish out orders, clear the table and handle delivery. No wonder you never get a smile out of them.

The other silver sushi stores are significantly better. 2ce now I've come here and been disappointed

If i could give zero stars I would! The most expensive dish 'tepanyaki beef' medium rare, was so tough and dry! The container was half filled (and mostly with onion) It was basically a dried out steak and NOT actually tempanyaki at all! $25 with no rice. The restaurant forgot to give the menulog driver the whole order so less than half of our meal arrived so i ended up eating a vegemite sandwich! Almost $120.00 order and no refund! Do not recommend this restaurant at all ; (

The food here was used to be good but not any more. Need to empty your bladder before you go there as the toilet is out of bound for diners.

I found the chicken teriaki with rice great value for the money.please keep your ptices around 10-12 dollars a bowl.always give the customer a extra sause as it dries out in the rice.other than that the chick who served me had beautiful kind eyes &. Served me properly.thakyou &good luck jappy chappy.

Order only one or two things at a time Generous servings and you're going to want to lick your plate clean. I'm going to come back so I can try many more of their dishes? おいしい！
