Silver Chain

Most nurses were fantastic and the care was brilliant. My only complaint was Dianne (nurse) was disgraceful in her conduct with pallative care for my father, she was incredibly disrespectful and she should be ashamed of herself, Apart from her everyone showed compassion and care.

Can't find my previous really bad review, friends have had really rough time with a poorly fitted coordinator that wasn't really up to.date with procedures etc. Within the last 6 change of coordinator has been the the best thing from. 1 star review up to 5 stars, resulting with my friend being a much less.stressed carer to her husband with Alsheimers.

Top institution, doing a lot of good. They are recipient of my charity dollars and so should be yours.

Love my job working as a team leader with Silver chain. Everyone that works at Silver chain are Angels that keep our clients happy and safe living at home

I wouldn't give Silver Chain the time of day! UnFortunately they have got "too big for their boots" and " bed side manners" replaced by ignorant, uncaring individuals who survive based on "the name" and frail aged persons who "don't want to rock the boat" by complaint about their services!

Amazing service! Such wonderful dedicated people working here who truly care and are so knowledgeable. Ive had in home care after an operation a few times and recently in clinic visits. They healed large ulcer ive had on my leg for 6 yrs in just 4 weeks with honey and gave me information on continuing care for my health issues that have really helped and the hospital had missed many times. The staff are always lovely and genuinely care about you and getting the best care / results for you. The place is easy to find, plenty of parking and accessible. A wonderful facility.

Words can not express the gratitude we have for all the caring workers at Silver chain the care and attention they gave us and my mother in law in a time of need was amazing. Thank you so much
