They have always explained procedures to me, the why's as well as promoting good beauty practices.

I have always felt respected and the level of professionalism is exceptional.

They always let me know, how many sessions I have left, how they think my laser is going, and ensure that I am able too continue maintenance after I have reached the desired amount.

Not recommended. The girls work there are lack of respect, politeness and profession. All the time I went there, they were like “I owe their money” and did the very rushy treatments. There are many laser clinics in Perth, it’s better to choose other clinic.

Shout out to Ashley at silk carousel I was always a bit scared to go these places you always hear bad experiences or know people that go through bad sessions I was lucky to have some one with knowledge experience sometimes its difficult to explain self conscious problems she understood everything and made it so easy I would go back any time thank you ash you have made a nightmare a pleasant dream silk hair removal is awesome and if you have these problems or bad experience go see Ashley there no point fully explaining to you people go get it done and you be so glad cheers ash and silk

3mins late and cancelled on the spot. I apologised saying I could only get a park on the opposite end of the shopping centre. Informed fully booked but can take me in 1hour and 20mins? ! I drove 30mins just to get to this appointment! Not happy.

Silk laser clinic has really helped to reduce my hair growth in only just 4 sessions. I barely have any hair left and am loving the results I see overall in my skin due to not shaving so much anymore. Highly Recommend you get all your unwanted hair removed by them.

Very unprofessional staff. I had my appointment time changed and no body contacted me and then my appointment was canceled. When I went in to reschedule there was no consideration shown, the most unhelpful and unapologetic two girls. While I can understand that things happen outside of their control there was no attempt whatsoever to rectify the situation, they seemed totally unfazed that I don’t live in Perth and had driven especially for my appointment. I’ve been to a few other silk clinics across Perth and they’ve all been fantastic. This place is by far the worst customer service of them all.

I am now a regular at Carousel Silk Laser and the ladies are always lovely and professional. Their service and advice is second to none and I can always count on them for their honesty and support. I recently enquired about injectables in conjunction with my regular facial treatments.
They were amazing and I felt so comfortable that I went ahead and my results are perfect.
After seeing an insta advert about fillers I enquired and met their nurse Nina. She was very professional and knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. She knew her stuff. So much so I went ahead there and then and couldn't be happier with the outcome. A good friend also noticed and loved my results. So I referred her to Nina at Carousel and she is looking forward to the same treatments.
I was very disappointed to hear Nina has been taken from Carousel to another location. What about her Carousel clients? Do we not matter?
Nina made me feel very comfortable to go ahead with my treatment. I would only want her for my next treatment and already had a booking for my follow up appt and next treatment area at Cannington.
Surely she can stay there a few days a week too?

Other wise I have no complaints, Jo runs a great location at Carousel and all the ladies make me feel special at every appointment.

22/11/22 I am still a regular here after Jo (mgr) left and I am still very pleased with the ladies and my treatments. Recently I experienced there new mesoinfusion treatment and had a microdermabrasion infusion. Both leaving my skin feeling and looking amazing. Again the ladies were professional, informative and very welcoming.

Just wanted to jump on quickly to say a massive Thankyou to the girls at silk laser carousel today.
I was running 10 minutes late, was very Unorganised as I rushed straight from work to my appointment. Once arriving, even with being 10 minutes late the girls allowed me to go to the toilet to change into something more comfortable and come back so at this point it is almost 20 minutes late on my behalf & not once was I met with any frustration or annoyance for my lack of time management. The lovely lady that did my laser (unfortunately didn’t get her name) made me feel so comfortable and as I suffer from PCOS quite badly I get very uncomfortable and self conscious with my hair growth BUT I was made to feel so comfortable that almost forgot what I was even there for! Once again Thankyou ladies!

Some days ago, I put the review about the laser service which went wrong, they called me back n check about the issue and try to solve which is great. 5 star for customer service, appreciated

I feel sad from my sessions with laser hair removal. I reached session number 7 and did not find any result. When I reached session number 8, the worker was wonderful and this was the first time I felt every touch of the laser. It is really not fair that I never feel the best session number 8 who will compensate me for the 7 sessions that wasted only my money to no benefit at all.
