I I was truly impressed by how SIGO goes the extra mile to help their customers. The staff there are super friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff and helped me find the perfect glasses. It's clear that they genuinely care about making sure you're happy with your eyewear. Their personalized service sets them apart, and I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Very warm and caring attitude from the staff. I went in for help with tightening my glasses and the staff is super helpful although I didn't purchase it from them. Will defintely come back when I am ready to purchase my next one.

My kid got eye test here and we chose proper glasses with brilliant service provided by shop assistant Ms Li Yang. Good location and many selections.

I have been coming to Sigo to see Zette ever since she came on board since March 2020, I must say so far the customer service, the range of products and excellent prices, deals and even the overall store design is fantastic! It is easy to get around, clean and organised. I moved from Specsavers to come see Zette my friend at Sigo and I'd give this group a 5 star rating from the heart! Great work Sigo EyeCare!

Last month, when I went to get glasses, the staff answered all my questions patiently, including optometry and choosing glasses. I particularly appreciated Li full service, and I got my glasses in less than two weeks. I was very satisfied
