I cannot recommend this local company highly enough. Rick attended promptly after I enquired, he was thorough and gave me a fair, honest quote. With any large scale job on the house, I will always get three quotes. My advice is not to always go for the brand you see most often or the cheapest, go for the one where you know the job will get completed on-time, who don't pester you, who are local, professional, reliable and of excellent customer service. My new roller shutters are exactly what I was after, affordable and durable. Rick and his team have done an exceptional job. Customer service - quick, responsive and professional.
I was quoted $7000 more for the same job, by a major shutter company, with a pushy salesperson that I ended up having to ask him to leave because he was pressuring and pestering me so much.

We are very happy with our new blind! The blind is installed on a large window facing north so there is considerable heat load. The blind makes a huge difference in reducing the heat load without blocking all the views and light level. The frame is an elegant design, very unobtrusive and the colour of the frame and fabric is a perfect match for our house. Ricky was very helpful in assisting us and showing us samples of the frame and fabric to choose. The installation team were friendly, helpful and efficient. They were working at height and in a very tight space but still managed to work safely and without any damage to existing trees or structures.
