Shushi- Wattle Grove

Had the mixed nigiri which was quite nice. Service was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to dine in. Not much room for dine in.

Not a first time be there, the food not too bad but salmon sashimi a bit thin and the service not good on this time, two staff at the front they both don’t want to serve customers, can see don’t have a lot of the orders at that time but the lady keep going to the kitchen and not to serve us, finally she come to order but just put the food on the counter and told me the price and turn around straight away, not sure how busy are her and how bad of the day!

So excited to try this place given the reviews but was sadly disappointed.
Ordered the katsu chicken Bento Box, in store. Waited less than 5mins to be told it was ready. I should've checked the meal before leaving but figured they'd made some fresh already and mine was the extra bits so I quickly left the store. Once home found it to be cold and the chicken to taste questionable. Also not sure if that is pan/ utensils plastic that has come off on my sticky rice or something else (I'm hoping it is and not what I think it looks like.)
Sucks because it looked so pretty and is reasonably priced but just not fresh at all. The sushi in the bento was ok but the meat again was a bit questionable.

First time here today, got a chicken udon soup and chicken teriyaki sushi, great quality and friendly staff

Got the katsu chicken 10/10 and the pork dumplings 9/10 but the ramen noodles had 0 flavour in the broth was a 1/10.

It's sushi + or sushi on steroids they have steamed dimsum or great big Japanese prawns & tons of different Sushi, I don't like raw fish so I've just learned about the other stuff in sushi shops & this is the best I've seen I bet 30 people have come & gone in the space of 10 minutes while I sat in the car & eat mine obviously very popular

Some customers walked in after me and were served before me. I was there with my drink ready to buy sushi but they did not acknowledge me. So I walked out. I will need find another sushi restaurant.

Very impressed. Just got some sushi but can tell they use top quality, fresh ingredients. +Points for having ginger, wasabi and soy sauce already in their takeaway sushi packs

This was our favourite place to grab some easy always great dinner. Sadly if THEY deliver you the wrong meal it's not their problem! A store credit is all they offer. I ordered it to be delivered for a reason. Her other option was to do another order and pay another set of charges. So now only one of us has a meal. Highly disappointed

This may look like a little takeaway shop serving the standard sushi and bento boxes, but if you try something from the menu board like Karage or the udon noodles, you will be transported to a place of happiness and gratitude. The staff are obviously family, and are very friendly and efficient. Be patient when waiting for your meal, good food takes a little extra time. Do yourself a favour and visit this great little lunch destination.

The sushi/meals are always great, reasoably priced and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. One of the very few places that has a vegan range!

I grab a quick lunch here regularly going to and from jobs. Love the Spicy Tuna Rolls and the staff are quick to offer a fresh make-up if what I want hasn't been pre-made. Reasonable prices. Was served by a young girl this week whose customer service was the best I've seen anywhere in a while. Great outlet.

The people behind the counter serving need to focus on the job on hand! Too worried about other things going on and stuffed our order up. Sushi was not to bad one lot of sushi didn't taste very fresh. Not a welcoming and a good experience had. Think twice about going back there.

Consistently good quality food. Honest and helpful and upstanding staff.

I order from here rather regularly, via uber eats and recently had an issue with my order being returned to store at closing time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received my food (10/06/22).

100% would order from here again and I will look at coming in store sometime soon to give my thanks in person.

Always beautiful tasty food with amazing service. We have been regular customers here for many years now and I feel bad for not posting a positive review earlier because this place is so good. Always fresh and tasty food, the terrayaki and katsu chicken is so nice. One of my favourites is the Yakisoba which is super yummy. Best local food in Wattle Grove. 2nd being the Indian restaurant and 3rd was the kebab place but now they have changed ownership im not so sure they on the list anymore.

Bought 2 sushi but one of them, the lobster roll was abit off. Overpriced. Now I will rather drive further to other suburbs for sushi.

The staff are so welcoming. It's a pity I live 250kms away, but it is my first port of call when in the area. Food is excellent.

Chicken not fresh, tasted off. I had to throw it away whole dish completely after spitting out the first mouthful. I didnt even call them to complain as there is no point explaining this as they should have known about it. Please don't do this. Make sure the food is not expired or stale. Always serve fresh food and include or higher your price. Hope the business fixes this. Had to pay for wasabi. What kind of sushi place asks for wasabi payment.

I have been here several times, and the service attitude is average. Two Chinese girls don't look good either. Today, Chinese women who don't wear glasses blame customers for ordering wrong orders. Is this an attitude that a service industry should have? So bad！！！
