Shorty's Pizza and Kebab

Nicely made, the meat was tasty and portions were perfect
Chips were tasty too!

Great customer service, great prices, went out of their way for our order, best kebab/burgers we have had, will definitely go out of our way to return

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This used to be a referable business but sorry Alex your staff have let you down. The staff you have now are terrible especially Adi. Zero help. I had an order that was sitting for over an hour. The Uber driver asked about the order a number of times to be laughed at. I rang because it was so late and not the normal. Then for the comment of “oh that’s on us but yeah” in a laughing tone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

The food is great. I love the chicken kebab. I can't stop eating there and I always try to get something different but I can't go past a chicken kebab

Well I ordered at 5.45. Finally got something to eat at 8pm. Girl on phone was useless and rude. Also missing drinks from meal and pizza was average. The kebabs were yummy. But we were starving by then so that's probably the only reason. Chips were cold and soggy. Drinks missing. Don't even bother going or ordering

Poor service. I asked to order and the person said ill ask.then walked off went on his phone and didn't come back. Do not recommend.

I order frequently from here. Tonight I ordered the usual (gozleme) and while finishing my food I found a HAIRR IN IT! I feel sick. That's so off-putting. Why isn't anyone wearing hair nets?

The food was good and the price was very affordable.
I have tried pizzas, kababs and meat box and they were nice and tasty.

Ordered food through uber eats just after 8 and didn’t end up with our order getting sent out until after 9: 30 and delivered at 9: 45 and only after i had to phone and ask where it was. Couldn’t do anything through uber as it wasn’t a fault with the delivery driver only the shop. Wouldn’t order again with a delivery time like that as was trying to get food for kids after getting home late

Finally a kebab joint that tastes so good! Ordered three times and haven’t been disappointed. Pizza’s are next to try on my menu!

Really great pizza the fresh ingredients was great! Loved the tomato was so refreshing and tasty.

We ordered food through a delivery service and it was dropped to the wrong house not at any fault of the business. We rang the business and the owner was extremely apologetic and told us he would make it again and drop it off and to our surprise 20 mins later he personally delivered it and was so lovely about it even threw in some freebies! We get food from here often and are never disappointed, we highly recommend! It’s delicious!

The kebab was lovely but the HOT chips (as it says on the box) we’re stone cold they should of put them in the bin and cooked fresh chips. Very disappointed you try and support local and this is what you get.

Absolutely amazing place. Loved everything I have had from them in my years going here. The worst possible thing I can imagine anyone bringing up about them is how long it can sometimes take for the store to prepare the food at their peak times.
However, I would say it's always been worth it and very understandable because of the quality of the food, brilliant service, and the size of the store.

Usually kebabs from here are amazing, but tonight I must of had the learner couldn't taste any sauce the whole thing fell to bits so sad because I crave these from here

You would think I learnt after the last 3 times I’ve ordered. I’ve waited a minimum of 2 hrs in the last 4 orders from shorty’s and sometimes even close to 3 hours through Uber eats. Ring them up and they always tell me it’s leaving now. Wait 20-30 mins ring them up for them to not answer. Finally get through to them for them to tell me it’s just coming out of the oven. Pizza is tasty but not tasty enough to wait 2.5hrs.

Ok so decided to order from here on the fact the misses wanted a kebab and I wanted pizza so perfect location to get both, ordered the spicy Mexican with hot chilli and garlic sauce and this was just awesome little bit of a wait with uber but honestly not that bad considering have been back already since then and still haven't had any issues

Ordered the Heathridge special, lovely pizza one of the best pizzas I've had, nice crust and fresh ingredients, so I will be back, also the kebabs are great, don't waste your money on the American franchise pizzas unless you try this place first, you can't compare.

Why bother advertising your phone number if you’re not going to answer the phone for orders?

Don’t waste your time. If you want customer service, go elsewhere.

Very poor customer service and the pizzas are horrible.i will never order from shorty’s again. I think its changed owners as it never used to be like this
