Shorehaven Sales & Information Centre - Peet reviews
10 This Estate is a Peet FAILURE. They fail in many respects.poor planning, poor maintenance, poor landscaping, slow development of proposed parks and recreational areas.
THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A BLOCK IN THIS ESTATE. THERE ARE MANY MANY BETTER OPTIONS. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SPEAK TO THE MANY DISGRUNTLED RESIDENTS FIRST. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID AND AVOID THE ANXIETY AND FRUSTRATION MANY LOCALS HAVE CARRIED FOR YEARS.
The foreshore development is an excellent area to run around, kick a ball, have a bbq etc and Oceans 27 is an excellent place to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is run by a very likeable and enthusiastic owner called George.
It's a pity the Developer has lost its way in this Estate development. It it obvious that the Developer is more concerned about its shareholders dividend remuneration than lifting the standard of the area to the promised expectations of past and present customers. They are following the steps the Banks once trod.the customer always comes second to the Shareholder.
Many stage developments and remediation to fix poorly build feature walls are on the never never. In my opinion so far they have seriously failed this POTENTIAL PREMIUM ESTATE.
Gave me a menu told me to grab a seat, When I go to order food and I am told they can't take orders for 30 mins add the wait time to this about 50 minutes to get a burger is outrageous why not tell me this upon entry and why accommodated for so many people if you cannot cater the food? I'd of gave zero stars if the beach area wasn't so nice new management would do wonders I think

WOW what a place, visited yesterday for the first time and have to say what a great place, from all the direct access to the beach, fantastic cafe and shops, to kids park, with lots of parks already available with new ones coming soon. There is land available for everyone, first and second home buyers, downsizers, retirees etc. With the new not to be missed release of the two storey small lots add a new two storey TERRACE WA home and nothing would be better!
Great meals and beers on tap. Very clean and friendly staff. Awesome views over the ocean especially at sunset.
Have to say that the mobile reception is very poor (or non existent on most occasions) and dealing with Telstra regarding ISP is way past a joke. Seem Telstra own the intrastructure and we therefore are at their mercy (none given by the way and no other provider allowed)
Today I asked the question as to what are Peet doing about the situation? A new level of vagueness was detected in the reply.an emotion that I find most annoying.
Very hard living on this estate tradies are a major problem along with rubbish. But the biggest problem is peet who never deal with issues
Horrendous mobile reception but if you're not using your phone for other than photos then it's a beautiful place to visit when in the Alkimos /Eglinton area. Take your kids photos would be nice with ocean backdrops.
Awesome view overlooking the ocean. Nice atmosphere. Yummy food, great service and freshly squeezed orange juice I was assured was made with love. I'm sure it was.enjoyed my visit and will return again
A reasonably nice estate, which seems clean and well kept. There are lots of houses for sale at the moment.
