Met Rita who was lovely and she eased me into the process of the safety awareness test and then she forwarded me into Jason the store manager who spent a considerable amount of time for a first timer like me into guns. Was actually heading to barrys but they are 47 mins away and took a chance to pop here and jason offered a reasonable deal by being flexible and they are much closer to home and easily accessible for northern suburbs clients. He has won a long term client and very happy with the service and advice offered. Now its just the long wait for the licence. Thank you again.

5 trips to pick up an air rifle after purchase. After 2 trips asked for my money back. They said OK, but failed to put it back into my account (good thing I checked). Eventually got the air rifle (Benjamin. 177) - after 3 pellets trigger failed, due for multiple further trips. Frustrating when you spend more time and effort trying to overcome poor communication, customer service and a "can't be arsed" attitude.
