Absaloutly love dr ugo egesi, a very caring, patient dr who listens and is so genioun and one of the only drs in my 46 years who has taken the time to help me I will be forever greatful for his care. Also like to add the reception staff are very welcoming and polite Bianca is so helpful and lovely I highly recommend this surgery as one of the best in rockingham:)

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Treated with kindness and compassion by all the employees, either on phone or in person. I did have to wait over the appointment time but verbal apologies were made, and in these times it is difficult for them to manage the volume of people presenting as unwell. A thorough examination by the doctor who seemed genuinely interested in finding out cause of medical condition. I am surprised by the earlier comments by others. I would certainly recommend.

I have an autistic 4 year old son and immunizations is usually a nightmare, but shoalwater medical has made it a breeze! They could do not enough to make it as peaceful as they could for my son and I. I'd NEVER go anywhere else!

I brought my son (3) in to see Dr TOYIN ORIOYE as my son had been quite unwell for going on 10 Days with a terrible chest cough and breathlessness. I stressed how sick my son was and I think he needed help. He proceeded to tell me his chest was clear and he did not need anything not even antibiotics it was a simple cold. I urged him it was not a cold and he was sick I thought it was something more.he again told me it wasn’t and there was no need for anything. I left the appointment and actually went up to the front desk to ask for my son to see someone else as a second opinion but they said there was no one else to see him so I left. I took him to another doctor the next morning who informed me my son had a severe chest infection with oxygen not recording above 95% and if I did not bring him in when I did he would have been in hospital he also needed urgent antibiotics and is to come back if he doesn’t get any better or he gets worse straight to hospital. I’m appalled by a doctor telling me my son had a clear chest when he has a severe chest infection. Guess mothers always know best. Will not be going back to this practice I would hope that they do something because of the other reviews it seems this doctor is useless and causing more harm than good.

One star only because there's no 0 star option. Please stop messaging me, I would rather die then ask for your help. And that's how bad your so called medical professionals are. I would not recommend it at all. And it was only ear infection that they were not capable to treat.

Dr Toyin is the most useless doctor I've ever been to. I would only bother going to him for repeat prescriptions and if you read the other reviews I'm not the first person to say that.

There's a reason why this place has such terrible reviews. Called up to see if there were any appointments, was promptly told no and hung up on. Would not recommend.

Do NOT book in to see TOYIN ORIOYE if you are seeking help for Mental Health issues unless you are looking to wait near on an hour to be degraded, insulted, called "simple" and made to feel worse than upon requesting the appointment, sent home with no help and feeling severely unwell. Did not close office door behind me, massive lack of privacy and respect when trying to talk about something so personal.

Great experiences with other Doctors there but the good ones never stay long and move on from the practice. Nurses and Pathology are absolutely great also, but this has made me not want to go back.

Just reinforcing the joke of a Mental Health system here in WA.

I am appalled by my experience at this clinic. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors clinic and i am by no means a fussy patient. The doctor did not uphold his duty of care, clearly only a doctor for the money and not to care for patients.

, this practice has seriously declined, not much care at all, all of the Original staff have gone, doctors lack the Basic skills of care, definitely not up to scratch!

Fully serviced medical centre. Medical Staff are 1st rate, professional and friendly. They also offer other services, physiotherapy, chiropodist, skin cancer screening, woman's health etc. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is I consistently have to wait 30m+ from my appointed time to be seen, even early morning appointments. I wish they would work on this and it would be perfect.

Very unprofessional. I waited for 40minutes for a doctor (female doctors, unsure of her name), went and asked the receptionist what the delay is and she asked me if I'd seen the doctor rock up yet! So the doctor wasn't even at work and the receptionist did not tell me that which she should have on arrival.
My partner went and seen another doctor about her sore/swollen back, he poked her back three times very hard, told her she was fine and to take panadol, when she had been in pain for almost a week over it and he just did nothing. Very appalled by these doctors and thethe practice itself. Time wasting thats for sure.

Always running late for appointments. I waited an hour last time I went. I tried calling to make an appointment today and was on hold for ages before it said your call can't be answered and they hung up. I called back, waited two minutes to be put on hold yet again. Receptionists don't even acknowledge patients in line even when you are standing right in front of them. Making copies and having a chat seems much more important. Doctors don't really know what they are doing except for the femal doctors and one of them left. I literally only go here because it's close to my house.

My wife had Molemax scan the doctor diagnosed suspicious mark on her neck that he advised to be removed turned out to be a common harmless sebaceous gland that's very common in people over 30 cut and stitches for no reason. She Made a appointment for the results after stitches where removed and he ignored her even though she had appointment. After waiting for 1and a half hours she spoke to the nurse saying that she had to leave for another appointment The nurse said he had been notified several times that she was waiting in the end the nurse rang my wife later that afternoon to give the results that were very vague. My wife had to probe even further for the real answer. The doctor was very unprofessional rude and arrogant would never go back or recommend to anyone

Turned up 15 minutes early for my appointment at 1150 then to see the doctor turn up at that time thinking that I would be in, but instead 40minutes later watching other people being called in I gave up. I ripped up my appointment form told them to jam it and walked out. Question.do all doctor's think that they are one above the rest.
