2There is a great community of dog that are there in the morning and afternoon, particularly on the football oval but still plenty of room for kids to play. There is a small fenced playground next to the lower rectangular field. There are also well maintained but dated public toilets between the ovals
The whole place needs a clean up by the Melville Council. Some landscaping near the playground is just dirt, yet most other areas are well landscaped. A verandah area overlooking the oval still has cones & tapes stopping anyone from falling over the edge. It has been like this for too long & someone WILL have an accident. One pathway has broken cups/plates lying around & the balcony is covered with leaves & small rocks. Get your act together Melville City Council.
