2Best dumplings we have ever had. Ordered second round was too good not to. Everything was cooked to perfection
Dined with family. Look this is Pemberton and I'm not expecting the world's best Japanese however, the order for entree was taken incorrectly and had to be corrected. No cutlery (or chopsticks) were supplied, or side plates, had to grab some from another table ourselves and request side plates. The food was; OK at best. Menu very limited. Kara-age very oily.
Dining area is lovely.
Suggestions:
Ensure your diners have everything they need to actually eat. Side plates are ubiquitous in Japan for serving portions to.
Miso soup- this can be delightful, please do some work on it, I suspect packet miso used.
Some other meat dish than chicken would be great. Steak with dipping sauce?
The salad was great and the dumplings good.
