I love Shingles Inn. Joondalup. Shame they sold the one in Belmont. It's not the same. Joondalup great service. Very happy.
Ordered a regular hot chocolate by itself and waited over 15 minutes for it. I wasn't offered or given marshmallows. The waitress I spoke to about the wait was not apologetic at all. I got a stand-offish vibe instead. The decor is tired, mismatched, and has a grimy feel - especially the seating.
Terrible service by Anne (I believe that was her name) with the "Franchisee" badge on. Did not greet me, didn't smile, didn't say thank you, was rude and not the kind of person that should be in hospitality. My coffee was below average, took nearly 15 minutes to come out (1 asked and there was only 1 order ahead) with coffee grinds in the bottom. First and last time here.
Cafe style outlet offering a range of coffees, teas and other beverages; cookies, cakes, sandwiches and a selection of meals. Pleasant atmosphere and a nice spot to relax and unwind especially after a bout of 'relentless' shopping.

Not too bad. I’m happy with my burger and chips. Crunchy new chips. Coffee and tea is as good as Dome with cheaper price.
