2My mother has attended Shine for approximately two years on a regular basis and I cannot speak highly enough of their care, respect and kindness to her. She often comments on returning from a day at Shine how wonderful the Staff are to her. Their outings and activities are varied and help with my mothers cognitive abilities. An excellent Centre for superior care.
We have just signed our daughter up with Shine to receive some home help approved by HACC. So far the experience has been great. The staff on reception are cheerful, on the ball and very helpful. Particularly pleasing has been the prompt phone follow up by support staff during this early phase adn the sensitive understanding displayed. The premises are also very nice and welcoming. Looking forward to more interaction.
