Shesh Besh Shisha Bar & Restaurant reviews
61 The food quality and taste varied among the dishes we ordered and while the pawns and Kufta tasted great the eggplant salad and coriander potatoes were average or below. Also they forgot our salads and we had eaten our mains before the salads arrived.
It was not busy so not sure what caused the service delay.
OMG! That was just a wonderful meal. The service was excellent and friendly. The serving was huge. My wife and I shared a plate but couldn't finish it all. Will we go back? You betcha.
It was fantastic and food was delicious
Great atmosphere & staff were great. Highly recommend
Enjoy Hookah? This is the place to go. Definitely get your moneys worth. Big servings, and if you can't finish it, takeaway is also offered. Good meals, good vibes, great service 100% Mediterranean cuisine
This was SO much better than I was even expecting! Seriously amazing food and great service
Ordred Iraqi kebab, tasted so good for the lamb mince and hummus source, good portion of meet and vegetable, walk in on Friday evening with tables available, good ambience interior and helpful staff.my first visit was absolutely worthwhile
Shesh Besh has disappointed us deeply! We went for a Mother’s Day dinner on Sunday the 14th and order mixed grill platters and at the time everything was great but not until we all got home and felt so extremely sick, to later find out we’ve had food poisoning the WHOLE FAMILY even my poor toddler! So so so disappointed and will never be dining here again.
Quality food, great quantity and a great price.
Best value for money in Perth!
Shesh Besh is a wonderful argileh/shisha lounge. With a relaxing environment, you can be comfortable in knowing you will feel welcomed and have a great time. I visited from Sydney and loved my experience, I visited 3 times in one holiday for their shisha.
Hands down the best Iraqi restaurant I’ve been to.it might be loud, busy and service might be a bit slow but only because this restaurant is popular for the authentic Iraqi food
Have been coming here for years. Purchased a $30 shisha and asked the girl at the front for a cup of water. The owner buts in and tells her to charge $1 for tap water! Can you believe it! Never met a stingier person in my life and says it's business. Well I won't be coming back here ever again. Can't provide his customers with tap water in 38 degree heat, what a tosser.
The customer service is the worst of any Shisha place around. The employees are rude, when you ask for assistance (specifically adam), we have been goin there for chill time and play cards, the employees would say we are not allowed but this rules would not apply to the owners associates. As we were told to pack away our cards or leave the place, while next to us the owner’s friends were playing board games and cards. If they have a rule it should apply to everyone equally.
Owner refused to give me a cup of tap water and wanted to charge $1 for it after I bought $30 shisha. After my partner posted the review, the owner confronted/interrogated us, and pointed at us. Not coming again. This was a terrible experience on a Sat night. Take care of your loyal customers.
Wow! Sensational food, generous servings, friendly and fast service. Huge thanks to Mya for looking after the dietary requirements for some of our group, but as it is, there is a huge menu selection on offer.
Tonight was the first visit for some of my buddies, but we are already planning our next Middle Eastern Feastin Sesh at Shesh Besh.
Thanks for a wonderful meal, team.
So my mate and I rocked up to this place at 11: 05 PM today (it’s 11: 45 PM now) to check if they could serve any food. The guy at the counter said kitchen was closed to which my mate said if he could give anything, that would be great (pre cooked/ frozen etc). He was handed a bag of bread and hummus. We got home and I started eating it immediately, after about my 5th piece, I flipped it to realise there was blue fungus as pictured in the photo attached. I immediately called this place only to be met by a cold rude response saying “I told the guy we dint have anything” - but does that mean your serve us stake/rotten fungus infested food? No apologies or anything. He in fact rudely said come back and take your 10$. Like I give a dam about 10$. This attitude and 0 sympathies for people’s health is definitely something the community at large needs to know.
The staff have no customer service skills, are rude towards us.the Rule should apply to all but when it comes to the owners friends they get to reserve seats and do what they want but when we do something the owners friends are it is illegal or not allowed, double standards.
Massive portions make this place great value for money but the food is incredible so worth every penny!
Great food! Love myself a good habib feed and this place seems to come through. Service is decent most of the time, could improve but overall good place to go.
Returning customers.
This is not authentic middle eastern cuisine. The fattoush was simply coleslaw from the packet with some lemon and oil on it and some fried Lebanese bread on top. A far cry from what real fattoush is. The meat wasn't cooked fresh it was reheated and there was no babagaboush on the menu as per the online menu. Overall very disappointed
Quantity was good but quality could have been better. The dishes were very sour. Salad was expected to be a bit sour with all the dressings but the rice too was ruined because of this. Mint lemonade was also not as fresh and tasted artificial with the citric acid put into it. Restaurant didn’t have what we wanted and it was a peak time for lunch so this was a bad look. Overall, if you order the spicy rice by itself and some meat to go with it, you will be content.
