From dangerous driving and rude employees to animal fights and overalls lack of care for the safety of the animals and employees this place is a joke.

They actually have the audacity to tell their employees that the injuries sustained whilst breaking up a dog fight caused by a faulty gate that is undoubtedly still in use (a child proof gate that doesn't close properly) it was deemed self inflicted no paid leave or even an apology when responding to customer complaints about rude staff because it was 7am their defense is the caller should've been more observant of area codes and the staff member has a special needs child.

If you are going to use this service don't expect them to care about your beloved pet as they don't care about their own as is just in it for the money.

We were freighting a young dog from Perth to Brisbane. The staff were so organised, friendly and proactively problem solved around a crate size issue. I definitely felt very confident when the wee Jasper was loaded up and headed off. From the Perth end I would highly recommend this company and would like to thank them for making my experience so very positive.

Absolutely NO way I would have this company transport my pet. The dangerous driving I witnessed down Greenmount today at 1.15pm was totally appalling and to think your pet could be onboard. If I could rate lower than one star I would!

Hi Shirl and family. We just wanted to write a review to say Thank you for our gorgeous smooth boy Rupert who is now just over 12 months old.

He has to be the most friendliest and affectionate chow I have ever had or met. It’s been 20+ years since my last chow was a loved family remember.

His temperament is absolutely beautiful and he just wants to be EVERYONES FRIEND. He comes and sits with you and loves cuddles. He is turning into a stunning boy and I can’t wait to see how he develops over the next 12 months.

Thank you for your passion and experience and the informative chats you’ve shared. Even with the busy lifestyle you have you’ve still made time to talk when you can.

If anyone is considering to have a chow as part of their family I would certainly recommend getting in contact with Shirl.

Extremely disgraceful customer service. I was in total disbelief of how I was spoken to from the owner Shirley.

I was there for someone else but I thought the service was exceptional, very professional but also friendly and very much put any stressful situation you might be in, they will do their best to help.

Couldn't take the dog on our holiday so had to look for a kennel, Sherae was spot on, great people & they show that they love the dogs, hope you have great holiday to Archie

Had an incidence of dangerous driving with this company's vehicle. Really hope they didnt have other peoples precious pets on board when they choose to drive this badly.

This company is absolutely amazing. I relocated from Perth to Sydney and the airline's would not fly one of puppies, after being ripped off by someone else, I found out about this company. Colin made it possible for me to get fur baby to Sydney with me with no fuss what so ever. Colin was in contact with me the whole time either on the phone or email. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me. I would recommend this company to anybody who is having trouble getting there fur baby's to them. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting my Bear with me. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. Excellent customer service and professional the whole, you should be proud of your accomplishments. Keep up the fantabulous work.

Absolutely stoked with Colin and the team at Sherae Petlink. We had a precarious situation that we were stressing about and from the very beginning he was wonderful and assured us we would be able to resolve it. Which we did. Our baby girl and her siblings arrived to us safe and sound and are ready to start their new lives with their families. Thank you for all you’ve done!

Absolutely awesome in getting one of my puppies to it's new owner in Japan. Shirley, Kylie and Colin made it very easy and were so helpful every step of the way. The whole process was smooth and uneventful. My pup arrived in excellent condition and her new owner was very happy with her on arrival. Thanks so much for the care they gave to my puppy, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service. Organised boarding and travel for our cat to the USA and all went very smoothly.

We received absolutely top quality service from Sherae. They are excellent at dealing with anxious owners and quirky dogs. We recently moved our household, which includes our beloved Boxers, to New York. Lucius is deaf and Reese is very shy, but they were handled gently and expertly. Shirley and Colin know dogs!

Pet transportation is a big industry, as you may know. The quote from Sherae was comparable to (in fact, a few hundred dollars cheaper than) the large companies but we got a personalised level of service that I doubt you would get anywhere else. The crates were delivered to us ten days or so in advance so that we could get the dogs accustomed to them. Overnight boarding was included and meant we could arrive in New York a day before they did, so that we could get ready for them and not worry about collecting them right after the 30-hour journey. We got updates on what was happening every step of the way.

I cannot recommend Sherae Petlink highly enough.

Very bad customer service! I sent for a quote for my planned bali stay next year and got back a message "Sorry but you just can't take your dog over to Bali. Bali is a COUNTRY WITH RABIES". I sent back "Did you actually read my message? ! I wasn't going to take him. Thats why i wanted the quote" and got as answer "Do you mean a quote for boarding? Cheers Shirley". After asking "Yes. Or do you offer anything else? " I never heard anything back. The ladies name was Shirley. Very rude. Never taking my animals there!

The best breader! My Shiba inu puppie is amazing thanx to them! Very socilized, kind and smart! Got second pup from different breeder, massive difference! (second one is sooo difficult)!

Great Chow Chow breeders - very knowledgable and excellent boarding facilities and friendly staff. And who doesn't love Chow Chows!
