Excellent canteen in the senior school. Go in there with 5 bucks, come out with 10 cookies, regret, and a mob of angry guys tailing you for buying all the cookies. Best thing is never knowing is 75% will get you an A or 80%. Plus, the restricted internet is great, since it trains us students to know how to use vpns and hotspots.

Someone told me that there was a choclate fountain here but it was a scam and now theres just stinky binchillings like ********

I taught at Shenton in 2009 'only' but it is a over the top public school. I don't live in THAT zone but now teach outside. After teaching there I know they go out of there way to advance lower-middle, to top end. I would send my current high school son there, he is smart enough. If your child struggles or has given up, then you need to find a school with a learning centre, they cater higher end.

Lovely school and has a high standard of academics and sport which I think is awesome, the teachers here are also very good and are not like some of the other schools where they genuinely don't care, the teachers strive to give the student the best education and care a great deal which is amazing.

Great school. Love the new air fresheners the school is trying out in the hub bathrooms! Whenever I go in there it smells like fruit.

The current principal, at the time of writing, is a very kind guy with lots of entertaining anecdotes to drop through his occasional speeches. Both canteens' staff are friendly and kind, although its prices for certain foods are quite high. The classrooms are often quite dirty, although this is mostly in the older facilities, such as the Heritage Classrooms and the Senior School area. The Hub is an impressive facility, with newer, and mostly cleaner, classrooms, although the bathrooms are often unclean with exception to some of the visitor bathrooms. Most teachers are respectful and well-mannered, although some can go over-the-top with their discipline. The actual school, however, is in a nice location, with easy access to bus routes and the Fremantle train line. What is otherwise a relatively decent public school in terms of teaching is quite heavily overshadowed by its overall reputation through cause of select staff and students, as well as the cleanliness of various facilities.

My german english teacher verbally abused me and tied me to the wall with a pride flag, dont know what her problem is but the rest of the teachers are nice!

This school is disgraceful, you aren't allowed to game during lunch and recess.the canteen is also overpriced

I love this restraunt.come here with my kids.very good food.the students usually taste worse than the teachers though which is annoying but overall a nice place.

If you come here use the disabled toilets, much cleaner, consider my tips students, you dont want to go to toilets that have poo on the floor.the disabled toildets offer lots of room, much cleaner, and for some reason smell sweet.you can use the disabled toilets anytime you would like, for number 1s, number 2s changing for sport.also ms jones once saw me coming out of the disabled toilets, be careful but i was totally ok it was just awkward.if any teacher questions you going into the toilets just say thats rude you dont know if im disabled or not.

This is a great school overall, but one specific teacher has ruined it for myself and all of my friends, Mr. Webster who blatantly insulted me for giggling in class, he told me that "thank god this school is for the special" please fire this disgrace of a teacher.

I went to the orientation and it was so good I made lots of friends also shout-out to miss dixon she is a legend

I saw a HUGE bag of Ice and Meth in the bushes.this school has a BIG drug problem. From my looks it looks like a teach to strip

I went there when I was young and
Lots of people including me got bullied they did very mean things I go to scotch college now and I feel safe no one is mean and it is a very good school I am not saying that public schools are bad but shenton gave me memories that I will never forget so please I don't won't you child to go through what I did send them to a different school.
