Terrible massage, one of the worst i had ever had. $90 for an hour full body, 30 mins of that was just leaning on my back. 40 secs on each leg and only back side ‍️. I gave myself a better massage leaning up against the pole waiting.

Really bad - no atmosphere, really poor massage, lots of talking by masseurs (not relaxing), not a full 30 min massage and payment upfront. My tip: pay a bit more and go to a professional place

Chen Guang I believe he did my massage and it was just fabulous, everything is on point and listened to what I needed and didn’t talk much and let me enjoyed. I walked out with back pain relief! Just amazing! Will definitely come back for him again! Best massage so far in Perth!

The lady who massaged me was very brutal. She did 20 mins instead of 25. I've had massages many times before and this experience was the worst. Customer service was not ideal, I didn't feel "taken care of", just felt like one more number. It was just missing someone yelling "NEXT! ". I won't go there again.

The massage therapist answered the phone while giving me a massage. She continued to poke me with one hand while holding the phone in the other and talking loudly. This continued for several minutes until I was so annoyed that I turned around and told her she should not be talking on the phone while giving a massage. The massage was very unprofessional, I certainly wouldn’t go back.

Booked a service and they gave the wrong one. Didn’t offer to re-book the right service and made me pay full price for something I didn’t even want

Quite a disappointing massage I would say. Signed up for a 45 minutes spa and reflexology.
Received an overall treatment that was less than 45 mins and the quality of massage was also subpar. My masseuse kept dazing off and would pause with her hands still on my feet without any pressure?
Had to keep directing the masseuse to put pressure at certain points.
For a place that charges a difference in rate between a 30 mins and 45 mins package, it’s unacceptable that the massage ended approx 8-10 mins earlier with most of the time spent merely wiping down my foot.

Worst experience i have had getting a massage. Asked for a head massage and had my hair rubbed around until it was in absolute knots and the masseuse continually spoke to people at the counter. I left early feeling distressed. Couldn’t wait to get out of there and was then charged $50 for the 15 minutes i could handle.

Walked in and asked for a remedial massage for myself and my 15yo daughter. The girl looked at us like we were insane and then said she'd need to check with someone. She went in the back and then came out and spoke to another woman at front. More looks of insanity. We then gave up and left.

They advertise remedial massage. What's the problem?

Worst massage ever! Not recommended at all. The masseuse only used her elbows, not gentle at all, just wanted to get out of there. I left feeling more tensed than when I got in.

One of the most horrible experiences. The lady was only doing it in hurry with no hot oil / stones just because she had a bus to catch. Argued even when knowing she is wrong. Absolutely waste of money and time!

I had whole body massage today. It was fantastic. Now I feel so good. Will be my favourite place to get a massage!

I had 60 min of legs & foot massage. It was fantastic. My legs and feet hurt so much because of the exercise I did yesterday. Now I feel so good. I gave 4 stars bc of the noise but the massage was perfect.

Been here many times but came today for my foot massage and it was below par. It was very rushed one of the worse massage i have ever had. I don't think i will be coming back looks like there training and consistency is lacking now. 2 stars for the past great massages. If you do try don't get the older lady doesn't know any of the reflexology points and you would get a better massage walking

Not very well knowledgeable with massage.
If you want a general rub down, sure. But I'd suggest finding somewhere else if you know exactly what you need. General shopping centre noise spilled into the store which didn't make for a very relaxing time.
Just making sure people have these reviews so they don't waste money like I have.

Chinese massage is an ancient massage and treatment, if we don’t understand too much then we shouldn’t say they need more knowledgeable
Sometimes it might not suitable for some people, but between uncomfortable and not suitable are different things.
Just be polite and try understanding
