Highly recommend the team at Shelley Vet’s! We had just moved to the area from NSW and weren’t sure what was going on with our dog, the team were extremely helpful and had a genuine care for our dog! They really helped us through a difficult process!

It has taken me a while to write this as I have had to come to terms with losing my best friend and the love of my life. My baby girl Shakira of nearly 11 years old was diagnosed with a mass on her spleen and I decided that it was time and that I could never let her suffer. Jo and the girls could not have been more empathetic and sincere in their care, approach and genuine love for Shakira. From her initital toe removal to her passing and all the in-between. Thank you all for being so caring. Best veterinary clinic ever!

We had our dog go through a spay operation and she's older but we felt she was really well looked after by Dr Chloe and and the staff and her recovery has been fantastic. They were very clear with what was required and the price of the operation and a really positive experience.

Pups love coming here, even though one of my dogs is a full on grumpy girl they love her and she loves the treats she gets from the staff. Nothing is ever an issue and they know a lot about Staffy's. Was a Staffy clinic recommended to me on Facebook.

DR Jo is an excellent Vet as are the other vets. She has a lovely caring way with animals and always explains things.thoroughly and listenstoo to the owner. The Vet nurses also are very experienced and helpful and a great spacious clinic.

We have been taking our chocolate Labrador Walley here for years since he had an FCE when he was 18 months old. The nurses and vets are so friendly and always make a fuss of our beautiful boy. They can always fit us in for an appointment. Highly recommend. Also love that Carmel at Active Pet Rehab is located in the same building.

Been taking my dogs to Shelley Vet for 6 years now. Great, professional service with friendly staff.

I highly recommend this clinic.
My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner. All issues (there were many) were resolved within a few weeks of changing clinics. Ongoing care has been consistent. All staff are professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care.
Would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Jo is fantastic, she takes great care of my greyhound. She's warm and friendly and very detail oriented in her care. The nurses are also amazing and do so well looking after my rather nervous hound. Could not recommend this vet clinic more highly!

My dog loves going there because he gets spoilt with treats.

This is the first time we were able to take Dingo's cone off after MONTHS and MONTHS and not have him lick himself raw again. I'm very grateful to have found a vet with a thorough treatment plan and follow up. Our cat can have a life again.
