I came in today looking for a dress for my engagement party. Was instantly welcomed and excitingly congratulated by the employee. I’d give her 6/5 stars if I could! I believe her name was Mim (sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong). Best service I’ve ever received! Left feeling like a million bucks, and was also given some amazing wedding advice since she herself had just gotten married. I will be back in to share the engagement photos with her!

Came in last Friday to find a dress for an engagement party. All the girls were super helpful and went above and beyond. Unfortunately I didn’t purchase a dress (should’ve though as they found the perfect one and perfect price for my budget), these girls really have perfected their craft. Thanks again!

My girlfriend is trans, so I called ahead to check in and make sure that the environment was safe. That might seem like a bit of overkill, but I can think of nothing worse than traveling out to Joondulup just to have our dress shopping ruined and my girlfriend upset. I was thrilled to find from phone call to in store, everyone was wonderful.
The store is gorgeous, with stunning clothes and friendly staff. They helped us find exactly what we needed, and they had a pretty decent range of sizes (nothing plus size unfortunately, but they do go up to a 16, which was surprising to me for a store like this).
My girlfriend looks so lovely in her new dress, and most importantly, you helped her to feel confident and happy in it, so thank you very much.:)

I went in on the weekend as i ruined my dress for a wedding and was really sad and stressed out! The girls in there were so fantastic and helpful and really made me feel like I was so special and found me so many options and rushed with me because it was last minute. They were so good and honest and helped me look nice, I can’t remember their names but they deserve recognition!

Such a great experience shopping here! Mim helped me find two amazing outfits that I wouldn’t have picked for myself, but I couldn’t happier with them! This will be my go to for outfits for all future events for sure.

Came in today to the Joondalup store as I needed a last minute outfit for a wedding. The ladies there were so welcoming and helpful. I'm a size 16 and even though some of the there do run small these ladies helped find several different options that I probably wouldn't have picked up myself.

Rude staff at Joondalup and carousel very stuck up they don’t even acknowledge when you enter the shop! They definitely judge you by the way they look at you! That’s sad

The moment I stepped into the Sheike store in Joondalup I felt so welcomed by everyone! I was served by Adriana and she helped me find an outfit for a overdue Mommy night out. I had not been out in a while and did not know where to begin but with her help she gave me back the confidence that I needed. Ten out of ten service, friendly environment and overall satisfied with my experience.

Walked in there and two employees were at the counter talking to each other and did not even acknowledge that me and my mother had entered the store. One of the ladies stared at me to ‘judge’ me and then kept on talking. It was such a turn off and I was happy to leave. 16/7/20 was the date we entered the store

Was assisted today by a young lady called Amanda. She was super friendly and helpful. Really went above and beyond. Great customer service skills! Thanks again for your help.

Went in there last week to exchange some clothes I bought online and the young lady that helped me was by herself. However even though she was so busy she provided a great memorable service. The store always has a great range and if they dont its never a hard task for them to find what your after and order it in. Great store and seemless service.

If you’re looking for a personal styling experience without paying the big bucks this is the place! The girls are so helpful and the clothes are stunning.

The staff are so friendly. I really appreciate how kind and helpful they were. The store also has a great range of beautiful clothes, highly recommend:)
