Poor experience, was charged 12.50 for a Chinese container of chips and 18.50 for a kebab that was pretty light on meat, will not be going back

Walking into the place waited like 10+ minutes hit the little bell few times waited again followed by few “hello” “hi” “anyone there” sadly no answer, i walked away and soon Im near the exit door a gentleman popped up from the back saying (yes)! With a big smile I told him I was waiting for a while. With a very cold face he replied (if you don’t want to wait don’t) I felt extremely uncomfortable and awkward standing there and I simply gave him my back and walked out.

I hate doing reviews but I had to do that one as the majority of the reviews about this place was (excellent/great customer service) well this gent who kept me waiting and didn’t even bother to say anything to make feel welcomed after this long wait know nothing about customer server and not friendly.

Around the corner there was a pizza place called up town, which was more than happy to welcome me and had the best pizza every massive and extremely Yammy.

His lost their gain.

I have literally ordered 130+ times from here. Absolute best HSP/meatbox in Perth. I have tried almost every other place. They also do great fish and chips, Kebabs and Gozleme.

5/5 HIGHLY recommend

Went in and wow totally beats every kebab shop in perth 100 percent worth the price nothing to complain about good food amazing will come again.

Food was fresh and really tasty, customer service was great too, they welcomed me and were very friendly and polite, going to visit again for sure. Strongly recommend this place.

Walk in expecting good food and a random price assigned to whatever you order because the boss completely disregards the prices on the board and charges you a few dollars extra. $13.50 on the board, charged $14.50 and $15.50 a couple weeks later.

Absolutely arrogant boss who doesn't know simple customer service. Hopefully the extra prices keeps your business afloat mate!

Wonderful experience and go there weekly. Everytime I try something new and the food never fails to amaze me.

Fairy priced, and delicious food. The staff are friendly and we were served quickly. Chicken Shawarrma was delicious.

Ordered 2x double meat boxes 1x regular meat box 1x chips in store, all 3 meat boxes where the same size (small) $75 to add insult to injury, only came here because shortys kebabs in heathridge was shut. Will not be returning.

Best kebabs and meatboxes out there worth the price hate it when people come and complain everything is going up in prices people want it for 2 dollars, best kebab shop on earth

Friendly staff, great location.
Had Chicken Gozleme for a quick lunch, I'd never had it before, it was made to order right in front if me while I waited for my takeaway, it was so tasty, however get a drink because it's pretty salty!

Shop owner is very arrogant on the price board chiken kebab was $14.50 and he charge me $16.50 for one which i choose. But once i asked him why you charge me extra he said ignore that price list this is my shop i tell you the price. And start argue and behave very rude and nonsense.

The best steak burger & chips! Whatever chicken salt they use is so good. Fast & Friendly service. Dont forget to try the Baklava!

Ordered uber eats, received what seems to be a deconstructed kebab. Did not order whatever the douse we received. Most pathetic thing I have ever seen and when we called to ask about what has happened all we got was someone who either had a speech impairment or someone who couldn't admit their mistake. Rude rude rude disgusting. My dog isn't even interested in the food. YUCK

Ordered food and it came completely wrong and looked like yack in a box, my boyfriend are it and was sick for a week.do not eat here. Will get sick

Fantastic Kababs, well seasoned meat, a good amount of sauce on it, chips cooked fresh each time, 10/10 would go again

One of the rudest places I’ve dealt with. Ordered a chip kebab and was given meat. I called to tell them and he laughed and only offered $10 credit “written in the comments next order”.

Clean, tidy, yummy food for sure. Owner goes out of his way especially when he isn't busy to make sure his customers get more than they order. Keep up the good work.
