Today I tried to return a faulty Wahl product. The manager advised that the quality is known to be “a bit hit and miss” but as Wahl do not provide a warranty there is nothing Shaver Shop is prepared to do.

I went into the store to enquire about a product and found the Manager to be rude and unhelpful. I would recommend going to another store where they actually take an interest in Customer service
