Was served by a young gentleman, forgot to grab his name. He approached me very early on, helped me with what I needed. Fast, friendly and all things considered, quite affordable.

My husband and I went there last 13th June 2020 around 1pm. Both male staff were so lovely and very attentive & accommodating. We ended spending a bit but it was really worth it. I am very particular with customer service and for me they have exceeded my expectations. One of the staff really took time to answer questions regarding the items we bought. While the other staff at the cashier also took time to engage on a conversation with us. It was a very pleasant visit to their shop. Amazing customer service!

My Online ordering experience was very rewarding with item delivered the next day!
You cannot ask for more than that. By the time I got the tracking number, the postman was beeping his mopeds horn as he came down our driveway.
Hopefully these clippers are more reliable than the previous one.

Kate was very helpful when I bought my shaver. I returned Braun series 9 as it irritated my skin around my neck. Kate gave me some cream to apply on my neck to stop the rashes before asking me why I returned it. I had refund without any trouble.

Couple days later, I came back and bought a Philip prestige 9000. It was a great deal and suits my need perfectly. It is a joy to use it. I am really happy with my new shaver.

I will come back for sure if I need some more shaver products!

Asked for recommendations on which is the best products to keep my beard trimmer looked aftered. Got laughed at and replied anything will do while they were too busy talking about what they got up too last night. Customer service is hard to come by.

Very disappointed with your online system. My husband ordered and paid for 2 things on the 26th December and only one item was sent. The other item which was a beard oil did not turn up, no explanation, no email, no phone call as to where it is. When I went in today they blamed it on a ‘computer malfunction’ that the entire shaver shop company across WA did not have this beard oil, where it said that they had it in stock online. They offered no refund, no offer of another product.
