Refused to replace manufacturer fault on item less than 3 and a half months old because "it was my fault it was broken" without even looking at the fault. Then the extremely heavy handed girl pulling it apart broke it even further than before she snatched it out of my hands and decided to play the "im just a casual" line and ignored the fact that she had broken it into pieces. Going to consumer protection now.
DO NOT SHOP AT SHAVER SHOP KARRINYUP.

Went in a 2 weeks ago and was ignored by the 2 male staff members busy chatting, then again today and got the same, until an elderly couple walked in and the female staffer came out and served them before me. I'll try another store and see if they can assist with buying the best foil shaver

Fantastic customer service and warrenty policies on their products. Angus went above and beyond in a world full of mediocre services. Well done for bringing back a pleasant customer experience.

I bought a "brand new" Wahl Extreme Grip Multigroom and when I got home and opened the box there was HAIR all the way around and inside the trimmer! That was a absolutely disgusting experience. I went back to the store to get a replacement.you guys have my details and the manager should be getting in contact with me soon.

Well, I'm impressed! I purchased a product from the ebay store today and Australia Post have just informed me the product is on its way from Shaver Shop, Karrinyup. Very happy. Thank you!

So disappointed in the customer service I recieved from Maya- she was rude and disinterested when I was asking questions about the products. Will not be coming back.

A friend and I ordered an item in-store, as it was sold out and advised they’ll post it as soon as it arrives back in-store. Almost three months later and we have not yet received said item. Contacted store, assured that they’ll post the item out immediately, yet, I’m still yet to receive it.
If you see something you want from that shop and it’s not in stock, don’t waste your time. Order it online, it’ll arrive faster.

I will also mention the salesman who did not deliver on his promise to order said item is named Martin and because of him, I’ll never be able to watch Doc Martin the same again!

Very bad customer service. They lied about the product to just sell it. They also had $50 cash back online on this product, that he didn’t tell me, which was really disappointing.
