Went in today to look for a beard trimmer, I was greeted at the store upon entering by a gentleman who helped me find the best product for me, he wasn’t too pushy and gave me a good insight on a product that I had no knowledge on, would highly recommend buying from this store amazing service.

Amazing service! First time buying at Shaver Shop and most certainly will make this my only shaving shop. This would not have been possible without the phenomenonal service from Christina M. She is uber knowledgeable about the product range and was very sensitive to understand my needs and requirements to the product that will match me. Christina was very honest about what works and what doesn't. She had a product for me at every price range. The best part about Christina's service was that she only entertained the conversation regarding oils and creams when I asked for it. There was no pushing. I left the shop feeling confident that I got the best products for myself. What an asset! Thanks Christina.

I got a Remington hair clipper here on special for $59 instead of $99. The nice lady could not find one retail boxed for me. She searched and searched and as I worked in the centre at that time I told her no worries I'd come back later.

I went back later, after about one hour, and she was still looking. In the end she got me one from a locked storage room offsite on her lunch break, which was cool but not so cool for her as in retail land we only get 30 minutes for lunch and that is it. I did appreciate her excellent customer service though.

It's not available instores or on eBay or Amazon, but if you contact the distributor of Remington products in Australia - Spectrum Brands - you can order a USB charging cable for $17.95 shipped to your door. Hey that's expensive for what it is but the mains charging cable has a proprietary plug for Remington products. I don't like proprietary anything, but a USB charger is really convenient for travelling or if you like to charge up your devices at work or on the go. It stores with the clippers in the little pouch so it takes up a lot less space in your suitcase!
