I bought a Babyliss trimmer a few weeks ago. Really happy with the purchase. Jennifer was excellent help and really took care of me, answering all my questions and made the whole experience fun. Highly recommend them.

Just went in to have a look at small clippers. Lady in there yelled at me for touching the blade it is a tester. Jen was very rude and sarcastic continued to mouth off after i said its a TESTER ISN'T IT. CANT TOUCH A TESTER. I'll be reporting this to management. I'll never go back to that shop.horrible woman

Sales Lady most helpful and knowledgeable. They do stock premium products and honour their guarantees.
Just had my PitBull head-shaver replaced after 2 years. Using their after shave spray helped a lot.

6-7 weeks ago Bought wahl. Both blade not working. One was completely blown while using. Came back on shop they said we don’t give warranty of blades. Another thing Lady on desk was very rude I found that many times. She behave according to colour of people. (Discrimination)

Giving 2 stars only coz the trimmer did it's job. After seeing the positive reviews here, visited the store but was quite disappointed. The sales lady was trying to get me to buy the expensive trimmer on the pretext that the one on offer will not cut my beard properly. I still bought the one on offer and it did the job perfectly fine. Just found it weird that someone who has been shaving for 15years is getting told which trimmer will work, by someone who's never shaved a beard in their life or maybe she has. Anyway wouldn't recommend this place coz of the bad attitude by the sales rep.

Having never grown and trimmed a beard before so Kim walked me through the grooming kit procedure and showed me how simple it was. Extremely happy with the product she showed me.

I have purchased from this store a couple of occasions and the experiences have been positive, with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Every time I enter the stop I am noticed and greeted, no matter how busy it is. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

After I had a poor experience trying to return an item at the Garden City store, I visited the Cockburn Gateway store and was able to replace the item very quickly and efficiently. Erin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products, she could identify straight away what the issue was with the toothbrush and replaced it immediately. Thanks for your help! Great job.

Good advice, good selection, caters to all, and the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and engaged with their customers. Definitely the sort of place to go if you're going to start wet or traditional shaving, or if you're looking for a good electric. They use Afterpay and will happily order things in from other stores if possible.

Always helpful and the young lady at this shop knows what she is talking about always polite and good advice. I'll keep coming back. Thanks.

Went in and saw this guy with a massive beard but was by far the most knowledgable and honest guy knowing everything shaving there is to know. Will wait and skip turns at the till to deal with Jordan again!
